They haven’t done anything to the looters on the first night. They haven’t done anything to the looters on the second night and they won’t do anything to the looters on the third night.
This is all a test for them to research how the people will react and how they will react for the real thing. Controlling the looters is easy for them. Controlling the ones who are doing nothing, recording the incident or protesting peacefully are the ones they have to figure out how to deal with and that is what this training is all about. At the same time, it is all an attempt to create a racial problem where there is none and to further fuel their police state measures and their so-called “anti-government” rhetoric.
