Mitt Romney’s Bain Capital and Potential Profits

The fact that the mainstream media is owned and controlled by the corporate elite cannot be argued.  MSNBC has been an unlikely advocate of Mitt Romney since contention for the GOP ticket began, leading to increased scrutiny of the false left-right paradigm.  It has recently been revealed that MSNBC shares ownership of The Weather Channel with Mitt Romney’s Bain Capital.

A lot is being said about Bain Capital and a lot is not being said.  Bain Capital owns Clear Channel Communications which it acquired just before Romney’s first run for President in 2008.  Clear Channel Communications controls a plethora of radio talk show hosts such as Rush Limbaugh, Jim Rome, Casey Kasem, Ryan Seacrest, Glenn Beck, Bob (Kevoian) & Tom (Griswold), Delilah, Steve Harvey, Blair Garner, George Noory, John Boy and Billy, Big Tigger, Dr. Dean Edell, Bob Costas, Sean Hannity, Michael Savage, and Mark Levin.

Now Sean Hannity, as we all know, has his own program on FOX News.  So what has been established here is a direct corporate connection between MSNBC and FOX News through Bain Capital. FOX and MSNBC portray themselves as diametrically opposed, when in reality, when it comes down to profits; they both share common investors through Bain Capital.

I’ll tell you who else has an interest in the profits of Bain Capital and that is Mitt Romney, who retains a profit share in that company.

It works like this.  Goldman Sachs (who partnered with Bain Capital in the buyout of Burger King), using bailout monies, buys up a bank.  That small bank is then forced to cut off credit for a factory somewhere in the United States.  This is when Bain Capital moves in and buys up the factory.  In the name of restructuring and operating under NAFTA, CAFTA, and GATT, all the employees at the factory are fired.  The plant is dismantled.  It is then loaded on a ship and taken to China.  The factory is reassembled and put into operation using Chinese slave labor.  Using raw materials from the US, literally given to the corporations because they are US based, products are manufactured and shipped back to the United States where they are sold in international franchise chain stores based in the US, like Target and Home Depot.

In putting these inferior Chinese products on the market these franchises destroy American small businesses because a small business in America selling US made products cannot compete with an international franchise selling Chinese junk manufactured by a subsidiary in China where prices are further manipulated through monetary exchange rates.

So now we have a connection between Bain Capital and the mainstream media like MSNBC, FOX News, The Weather Channel, and Clear Channel Communications; American factories that have been outsourced like Sealy Corporation, Burlington Coat Factory, and D&M Holdings (high end audio equipment); international franchises like Target, Home Depot, Burlington Coat Factory, Dunkin Donuts, Burger King, Guitar Center, Dominos Pizza, Gymboree, Sports Authority, and Brookstone.

Bain Capital also owns interest in Houghton Mifflin, a textbook publisher that gets contracts from the Department of Education.  Now is it any surprise that MSNBC attacks Dr. Paul and says he cannot be elected as president?  You see Dr. Paul wants to eliminate the Department of Education, which would mean a loss of profit for Houghton Mifflin, which means a loss of profit for Bain Capital, which means a loss of profit for MSNBC, which cannot be tolerated.

Bain Capital acquired Hospital Corporation of America in July of 2006, the last year of Romney’s term as Governor of Massachusetts.  So at the end of Romney’s term, Bain Capital starts gaining profits from Romney Care via Medicare and Medicaid in that state.  And of course the insurance companies, whose investors also own stock in Bain Capital, see increased profits.

Bain Capital is either directly or indirectly, through common investors, connected to franchises around the world, owned by the international elite, who are piling up wealth through the destruction of US industry.

Here is what Mitt Romney wants.  He’ll take your factory job where you are making $30 per hour plus benefits, he’ll dismantle the factory you are working in and move it to China where a slave laborer will take over your former job, while back here in the USA, using stimulus dollars and foreign workers on visas, he will build a home depot where you can go to work for minimum wage, selling the Chinese version of the product you used to manufacture.

And we are supposed to accept this scenario as okay, as free market capitalism.  Mitt Romney is good at dismantling and moving US factories overseas.  He is making a lot of profit doing so and he would like to see Bain Capital continue to make record profits because he gets a share of those profits.

Mitt Romney is an international elitist and a part of the international corporate mafia insurgency that is attempting to destroy our Republic and bring us to our knees.  Bain Capital and Mitt Romney have, with malice and forethought, inflicted misery upon many of our people and it is our turn to hurt back.

Bain Capital, MSNBC, and FOX News have made one thing clear.  They consider Ron Paul dangerous, hence they fear he will hurt them, hence we can hurt them back by electing Dr. Paul and breaking the stranglehold they have established through their infiltration into our highest seats of power.

If nothing else remember this.  Mitt Romney stands to personally profit from every future transfer of industry out of the United States whether he is elected president or not.  And how much more profit could he realize if he had the power of the presidency?

God bless this Republic, death to the international corporate mafia, we shall prevail.

  1. This is hitting the Nail on the Head. Bain Capitol, the News Media and talk shows you mention should be boycotted. We the people have the power if we all work together. Mitt gets approx. 13 million a year from Bain. That dosen’t sound like a very good investment to me. Plus the very things Bain is doing to destroy our economy. That is the very reason he will not get my vote.
