I remember many years ago reading the liner-notes on Neil’s album and under the song “Helpless” he wrote something like: “We recorded the studio version of this song at 2 a.m. It was the only time I could get the guys to play it as slow as I wanted it.” Just a little window into the times.
The Bob Dylan song “Knocking on Heaven’s Door” ‘on this recording’, sounds like he is saying “Knock Knock Knocking on the Dragon’s Door”
