Obama's America: Almost 70,000 criminal illegal aliens allowed back into USVoice of Russia

In America, which is under the leadership of Barack Obama, nearly 70,000 illegal aliens, who have been considered violent criminals, have been let back into the US, according to data from a new study. It has been noted that exactly 68,000 criminal aliens were allowed back into America while the US Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and failed to kick out 870,000 illegal immigrants who were given orders to deport in 2013.

Released yesterday by the Center for Immigration Studies, the report discovered that even though the Obama Administration has ridded the nation of some violent illegal aliens, the numbers pathetically low. It targeted just 195,000 of them—or just 25 percent of the 722,000 possibly deportable illegal immigrants ICE agents came in contact with in the past.

The report came to its findings by using data available from ICE’s very own papers and numbers. Jessica M. Vaughan, director of policy studies at the Center for Immigration Studies and report author explained to theblaze.com that the numbers come from interior enforcement and not included in the findings are US border statistics. Adding in such data would actually make the figures climb higher than where it sits at already.

“The result is that not only are illegal immigrants not being detoured from settling here but once they get here, even if they have shown that they’re a threat to the public by committing crimes [the administration] ignores it and they are sent back into our communities,” Vaughan, a former foreign service officer with the State Department, told theblaze.com.

One particular case put into the spotlight by Vaughan referenced Amado Espinoza-Ramirez. This illegal immigrant was residing in Chicago and charged with 42 counts of predatory sexual acts on minors in 2013. However, the believed to be threat to society, was released from ICE’s custody a short while afterward. A monitoring bracelet was place on Espinoza’s ankle but the device was removed, vanished, and was not presently on him at the time of his trial, according to the Daily Caller. ICE claims it decided to release him from custody because the choice “was made based on the fact that he had no prior criminal convictions, no prior immigration violations, and is the parent of a U.S. citizen child.”

Senator Jeff Sessions, a Republican for Alabama, said to theblaze.com that the evidence in Vaughan’s study “demonstrates that immigration enforcement in America has collapsed. Even those with criminal convictions are being released.”

The Obama Administration alongside a handful of senior Republican leaders, have pushed for the necessity for an in-depth immigration reform plan since 2013. It has been argued that the present condition of immigration policy in America lacks border security and as a result 11 to 20 million illegals live as outlaws in the US, while politicians are unable to make up a reform plan everybody can agree on.

Statistics show that in 2012, the administration sent 409,849 illegal aliens packing their bags and 396,906 in 2011. ICE officially deported 368,644 illegal immigrants in 2013. Out of the over 300,000 illegals, 133,551 were inside of the country still while 235,093 were at the border, trying to reenter the US, according to official ICE data.

Vaughan’s report points out that “even as ICE moved to deport roughly 200,000 aliens from the interior in 2013, ICE booked more than 400,000 aliens into custody (detention). The difference between the two figures reflects the number of Border Patrol and other agency cases that are referred to ICE custody for processing. These cases show up in ICE’s metrics as a departure and in Border Patrol or CBP metrics as an apprehension.”

The numbers presented by official US agencies on immigration deportation make it seem like a lot is being done to get rid of the illegal aliens in the country, however the report shows otherwise. “If you’re criminal illegal alien, the United States is a very lucrative hunting ground — you won’t face the same kind of prosecution as an American citizen and unfortunately we can’t do anything about it — Congress knows this is going on, so why don’t they hold a hearing to stop it, ” one ICE agent, who works interior enforcement along the US-Mexico border revealed to theblaze.com.

For now the fight continues on in DC over the dilemmas surrounding immigration reform and the criminals, who are also illegal aliens, the US is forced to keep. The US runs the risk of illegal immigrants committing an endless amount of crimes with nothing but a slap on the wrist as punishment.

Apparently there aren’t enough extremely violent American criminals to keep the people in fear, and ‘justify’ their police state.
