Lincoln County, Oregon, has exempted non-white people from a new order requiring that face coverings be worn in public — to prevent racial profiling.
Health officials announced last week residents must wear face coverings in public settings where they may come within six feet of another individual who is not from the same household.
But people of color do not have to follow the new rule if they have “heightened concerns about racial profiling and harassment” over wearing the masks, officials said.
“No person shall intimidate or harass people who do not comply,” health officials said.
With mask requirements becoming more common, activists have raised concerns that the directives could put non-white people in danger.
“For many black people, deciding whether or not to wear a bandanna in public to protect themselves and others from contracting coronavirus is a lose-lose situation that can result in life-threatening consequences either way,” ReNika Moore, director of the ACLU’s Racial Justice Program, told CNN.
Trevon Logan, who is black, said orders to wear face coverings are “basically telling people to look dangerous given racial stereotypes that are out there.”
“This is in the larger context of black men fitting the description of a suspect who has a hood on, who has a face covering on,” Logan, an economics professor at Ohio State University, told the outlet.
“It looks like almost every criminal sketch of any garden-variety black suspect.”

Are you f***ing kidding me?!? What the hell is in the water in Oregon lately? Oregon is perfectly cloning Crazifornia and Nazi Jersey’s draconian insanity! Heard this on Carol’s channel Never Lose Truth this morning. Do you listen to her Galen? She’s 62 and on disability because of stroke, and she’s being evicted for absolutely no reason. Yeah, she’s soft on the j’s, but I know she knows what’s up. Usually I’d write off anyone not naming the gnose, but her insights on reality help me greatly to know there are others who are sensitive to the group mentality of sheeple and the power/responsibility of the individual. I realized recently she used to post here under Winston Kafka World, and I know she learned from Henry because you can hear it from her. And as she usually is right, she sees this BS from OR as a purposeful attempt by the tyranny to create more racial tension.
I’m really concerned for her, and wish I was just bloody rich, I’d fix things.
Instead, I’ve helped people over the last 20 years substantially, and 6 years ago someone really took me and left me drained, left with hatred and resentment, doing mental voodoo doll every day for them, wishing their demise, then trying to ask what would the big man say about that spite.
She has amother vid this morning showing really elderly people being evicted- and it brought me to tears. Thought of Mark S ranting about the corporate investor pigs displacing our bros and sisters. No, I ain’t a crybaby. That’s the heart. When the tears dry, the mfrs die!!! And they’ll die hard mfrs!!!
RFB did a vid last night showing IMF Christine Reptilian Lagarde in 2014 doing Germantria, saying 7 is a special number, and that we had 7 good years left. Add 7 to 14 and that’s 2021, 7/7. The great reset, darkness, all assets vaporized instantaneously, cash, savings, paper. It’s all lining up about right for that.

Thank you, Bob. No, I hadn’t heard of Carol but will check her out soon. And your response seems quite healthy to me. So much suffering surrounding us and with the elderly, it’s especially trying. The tears really are for the lack of compassion and the obstruction of competency in terms of how the world is run. Thank goodness for the awakening that is happening. We are pissed enough to really start reclaiming ourselves which means removing those who’d cut us off from our humanity. It all hurts deep, but on another level it is amazingly positive for we are readying. In many places I turn I run into the pissed, and in the oddest of places, so I know the people have had it.
And thanks for the song, a classic that reminded me to be grateful for my youth and how much it taught me. Sure, it bounced me around like a basketball in Harlem, but it instilled a lot of what that song induces, and crazy as it may sound, left me with a belief in miracles. So I currently perceive life as muck-and-mire, and miracles. The whole damn mess. Ha!! Wasn’t sure what mire meant so jus’ looked up “muck-and-mire” and it said that “muck is slimy mud while mire is deep mud.” And who hasn’t been there? Then this quote popped up:

I really appreciate your kind thoughts Galen, I miss the old days too. And I’m also asking people how they feel, like grocery clerks, and they’re pissed! They are actually opening up. And yesterday I had the guys from the internet company here, and they both had bad things to say about 5G dangers and even surveillance.
Carol’s from New York like me, so I relate with her and wish like she says that we could all live together.
And the Kingsley quote is very much a thought I’ve had. You never know the pain someone’s experiencing.
I watched some of the vid on the elderly evictions.
Heart-wrenching and infuriating. I know the time will come when the elders are again treated like gold and respected for their experience. That is the sanity of civilization.

Hi Mary- I think it’s possible the stakling goes so deep that someone turned a tenant in Carol’s complex against her. I even watched Imbriano doing a live stream in his car, and a young stalker asked if Joe would donate for local 5G installation, while he was streaming about 5G!
You did some great uncovering on the fake nurse Mary, I meant to say that for a while, but sometimes I close off in the insanity. That lady’s creepy, and frankly, I don’t understand the motives of accusing the hospital.
