Chattanooga, TN — Over the years, the Free Thought Project has reported on some utterly bizarre behavior from law enforcement. From judges stealing women’s underwear to police officers offering homeless people sh*t sandwiches, this behavior never ceases to amaze and infuriate. Adding to this long list of “weird sh*t cops do” was a story out of Chattanooga, in which a police officer stripped to his underwear and “baptized” a woman he was arresting for having a marijuana roach. After this story garnered him national attention, an investigation was launched and Hamilton County Deputy Daniel Wilkey was arrested this week and has been charged with more than 40 counts ranging from rape and sexual battery to oppression and extortion. Kentucky Democrats are pushing gun and magazine bans, and numerous other gun controls, for Gov.-elect Andy Beshear (D) to sign upon assuming office.
The various gun controls are listed as prefilings on the Kentucky General Assembly website, and include a ban on the possession of “assault weapons” and “high capacity” magazines. The controls also include gun storage requirements, criminalization of private gun sales via universal background checks, and a repeal of permitless carry. Federal agents in California found 11 Chinese nationals hiding inside appliances and furniture that filled a moving truck crossing the border from Mexico over the weekend.
U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) officers stopped a 42-year-old male truck driver, a U.S. citizen, around 5:30 p.m. on Saturday at the San Ysidro Port of Entry, located in the city of San Diego just north of Tijuana, the agency said in a statement. The Trump administration announced Thursday that it will open 1.2 million acres in California to fracking, ending a five-year moratorium on the controversial method of oil and gas extraction in the Golden State.
The Bureau of Land Management said it found no undue environmental harm from hydraulic fracturing, otherwise known as fracking, and would entertain oil and gas leases in BLM-managed lands throughout the southern part of the state. Embattled Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is set to relinquish the four ministerial positions he currently holds in the face of his indictment on charges relating to corruption, bribery and breach of trust and a new general election, but will remain premier.

Michael Cohen says he has been left disbarred, financially crushed, and personally embarrassed and humiliated after being sentenced to three years in prison for bank fraud and other crimes. He says he regrets that he thought “being Donald Trump’s lawyer made him a ‘big man.’”
Cohen, the disgraced former lawyer and fixer for Trump, made the comments in a letter to a federal judge Wednesday in which he portrayed himself as a broken man and asked the court to allow him to serve the remainder of his sentence in home confinement. He signed the rebranded, repainted and refurbished agreement, called the USMCA, at the G20 Summit in Argentina on Sunday, December 2, 2018. This new agreement actually expands the globalist NAFTA agreement and installs the United Nations 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development as a core – the same agenda that Trump claims to pulling the U.S. out of. Thirty-four Republicans voted December 11 to give amnesty at least one million illegal immigrants and to subsidize farm companies with a wave of cheap visa-workers who will lower wages throughout the farm workforce, which includes at least one million American workers.

Nearly all House Democrats, plus a group of 34 Republicans, voted Wednesday to approve an amnesty for illegal farmworkers and to outsource more of the nation’s farm workforce to cheap H-2A visa workers.
