Part of Democrat presidential hopeful Joe Biden’s overarching gun control plan is to pay AR-15 owners to surrender their rifles or allow them to keep the guns, as long as they register them with the government.

President Trump’s border wall may eventually stop illegal immigrants, but right now it has created a new way for them to sneak into the U.S. thanks to the flurry of construction in Southern California.

The Washington Times has learned that migrants are blending into the construction crews building the wall, even donning orange work vests to fit in with the surroundings. Michigan-based North Bay Produce is voluntarily recalling several varieties of apples for possible Listeria contamination.

Nearly 2,300 cases of fresh Michigan apples and two bulk bins that were distributed in eight states are part of the recall because they are potentially contaminated with the Listeria monocytogenes bacteria, the company said in a news release.

Max Blumenthal, the editor of the news site The Grayzone, was arrested on the morning of October 25 on a fabricated charge related to the siege of the Venezuelan embassy in Washington, DC that took place between April and May.

A team of DC police officers appeared at Blumenthal’s door at just after 9 AM, demanding entry and threatening to break his door down. A number of officers had taken positions on the side of his home as though they were prepared for a SWAT-style raid. Tallahassee, FL — According to Florida state law, Statute 790.335, “no state governmental agency or local government, special district, or other political subdivision or official, agent, or employee of such state or other governmental entity or any other person, public or private, shall knowingly and willfully keep or cause to be kept any list, record, or registry of privately owned firearms or any list, record, or registry of the owners of those firearms.” Government agencies found in violation of this law, who keep lists of firearms owners, are committing a felony, according to the legislation. Stunning video recorded by a local CBS affiliate captures the aftermath of a bus that was swallowed by a giant sink hole that opened up in downtown Pittsburgh during the Monday morning rush hour.

The US got rid of Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi’s body mere hours after a swift DNA test confirmed the terrorist’s identity, Pentagon officials said, adding that all evidence of the raid and his burial at sea remains classified.
