In a quickly reached verdict, jurors found two former Fullerton police officers accused in the 2011 beating death of a 37-year-old homeless man not guilty on all charges on Monday.
Former Officer Manuel Ramos and ex-Corporal Jay Cicinelli were accused of causing the death of Kelly Thomas in a violent struggle in the Orange County college town, prompting angry protests and closely watched criminal proceedings. Money well-spent, we are sure some would suggest; but when the National Institute of Health spends $224,863 to test 95 “custom-fitted” condoms so every hard-working American man can choose the one that fits ‘just right’, we suggest the government is stretching the tax dollar a little too far. As NY Post reports, the study was prompted by concern that despite the wide-scale promotion of latex condoms to help prevent the spread of HIV, their use remains “disappointingly low,” because, the government says, one-third to one-half of men complain of poor-fitting prophylactics and are less likely to use them… apparently. Operation Cable Splicer and Garden Plot are the two sub programs which will be implemented once the Rex 84 program is initiated for its proper purpose. Garden Plot is the program to control the population. Cable Splicer is the program for an orderly takeover of the state and local governments by the federal government. FEMA is the executive arm of the coming police state and thus will head up all operations. The Presidential Executive Orders already listed on the Federal Register also are part of the legal framework for this operation. Investigators say a man set a Penn Hills (Pittsburgh) house on fire after an argument with the home’s residents.
Mark Anthony Venson, 21, turned himself in to police Saturday to face charges for arson. Investigators say he intentionally set fire to the house on Lime Hollow Road on Thursday after the home’s residents told him to leave. President Barack Obama will visit Mexico in February to attend a North American leaders’ summit, the White House said on Monday.
White House spokesman Jay Carney said Obama would travel to Toluca, Mexico, on February 19.

The best argument against anything is the one that people listen to. The core supporters of the Democratic party which favors unlimited legal immigration and Amnesty for illegal aliens can be motivated by fear of automation to say No to Wall Street’s plan to starve them to death.
The other day I was talking to a delivery driver about driverless cars, trucks and buses. He immediately saw the threat. Amazon’s new warehouse is automated and runs with fewer low paid employees and more robotics. Robotics is being introduced into China and other Asian nations where the US sent 56,000 manufacturing plants. KATY, Texas – A student suspect was taken into custody Monday afternoon after a potentially explosive device was found at Seven Lakes High School, according to Katy ISD officials.
The school was evacuated around 10 a.m. after the Katy ISD police department learned of a perceived threat on campus. The students were immediately led to the football and baseball field for their safety while The FBI, the Harris County Sheriff’s Office and the HPD bomb squad joined in the investigation. WESLEY CHAPEL, FLORIDA — Two people were shot early Monday afternoon at the Grove 16 movie theaters in Wesley Chapel, and a male suspect was taken into custody, the Pasco County Sheriff’s Office said.

A trainee Sheriff’s Deputy posted a threatening Facebook message aimed at Cop Block, an organization which advocates filming police officers, in which the soon to be cop said that protesters should be exterminated in “gas chambers” and that he would beat them up “just for the sheer joy of it.”
“While its rare that we receive direct death treats, they must be taken seriously, especially when they come from someone with military training and is about to become a Law enforcement agent / Sheriff,” states a post on the official CopBlock Facebook page.
