PHOENIX, AZ — A 44-year-old man climbed onto the roof of his apartment and began acting strangely. Police arrived to help him down, but instead ended up killing him.

Michael Angel Ruiz had a history of drug addiction. On July 28, for reasons unknown, he climbed onto the roof of his apartment. Witnesses called the police to protect his safety. This turned out to have been a fatal decision.
First they tased him several times on the roof. He finally complied and hopped down. Cops immediately swarmed him and put him in a choke-hold.
Witness Gary Carthen said that Ruiz was “getting choked out and tased at the same time.” He remained in a choke-hold for at least three minutes.
The most disturbing moments were to come. Michael Ruiz, now fully restrained, was dragged down the concrete stairs on his face. As deputies held his arms behind his back, they allowed his head to dangle and thump against every stair. At this point Ruiz may have already lost consciousness, and was making no attempt to lift his head. Video shows him lifelessly suffering head trauma on the descent down the stair case.
“I just felt sick to my stomach,” said Richard Erickson, a retired police detective. “I’d never seen anything like this before, even when I was with the police department.”
Swill like this will be found and held accountable for all their crimes.
I’m beginning to think “they” have already started. And, sadly, I’m not too sure many LEOs will be on the civilian’s side when the SHTF in a for-real kind of way. I hope I’m wrong.
I don’t think I want ’em on our side. Personally, I’d rather be shooting at them.

I hear a lot of people express the same hope; that the cops will be on our side. I say it’s a curse, because our victory will result in justice, and these stinking pigs are the biggest impediment to that goal.

I hear that a lot also. I think that, by and large, they won’t be. I dare say the sides may have already been drawn. That’s okay. The Lord puts us where He wants us.
My only disagreement is I’ll take any true allies we can get. Like-minded police are more than welcome as far as I’m concerned.
I think the video is proof of murder. Since when is choking someone to death tolerated. His head bounced on the stairs because he was “dead already. And now you know the reason why.”
Suicide by cop. We know you call the police and refuse to kiss there Ask. you are dead meat to them. Here they were just being police and acting as police act. He called and they did as he wished here. No problem with this one at all.
He didn’t call them. “Witnesses” (rat bastards) did.
Doesn’t seem to me like he was bothering any one by dancing on the roof. They should have left him alone.
Everyone in the U.S. that visits this site has at least one of this type LEO patroling near their homes right this minute. Of all the fearmongering put out there, does this fact make you feel safe?
The one thing even a blind idiot can see is the police brutality that we are seeing now on a daily basis.Its happening all over the country in big cities as well as small ones.We keep hearing about all of those good cops,well where the hell are they?perhaps they need to read the Constitution and the Bill of Rights,along with the Amendments for a change instead of blindly following what some upper level putz tells them to do. It appears that most of them are nothing more than paid mercenaries feeding at the trough and justifying their criminal behavior with following orders. Laws are deciphered anyway they choose any more. Probable cause is any thing they want it to be and 99.9% of the time the courts back their criminal behavior. Bet on this,things are going to get a lot worse the more these terrorist get away with,not to mention they like doing it!
So I ask again when is it it time to start killing pigs .
On a side note these cops will be found not guilty of any wrong doing after having 6 months minimum, full pay investigational leave and be reinstated with promotion and full benefits . This is why they shoot dogs , because dogs can tell demons , untill American cowards start standing up against this shit NOTHING will change, in fact it will get worst .
They will all be awarded a “gold star” in their file. Then, the next time they cut loose the goon squad, it’s just a push of a button.
