RAVALLI COUNTY SHERIFF THREATENED BY THE (criminal) ‘FEDS’
I WAS CONTACTED BY A VERY TRUSTED FRIEND THIS MORNING AND TOLD THAT SHERIFF HOFFMAN WAS TOLD BY THE FEDS THAT IF HE INSISTED ON UPHOLDING THE MONTANA AND USA CONSTITUTIONS AGAINST THEIR GUN CONTROL POLICES, THAT THEY KNEW ALL HIS DEPUTIES AND WHO WAS ON WHAT SHIFT AND THAT THEY WOULD BE ARRESTED IF THEY REFUSED TO ENFORCE THE FEDS NEW GUN CONTROL LAWS. THIS WAS AN OUTRIGHT THREAT TO SHERIFF HOFFMAN WHO HAS STOOD UP PUBLICLY DENOUNCING ANY UNCONSTITUTIONAL GUN LAWS. THIS IS MOST LIKELY HAPPENING ALL OVER THE COUNTRY.
PLEASE WRITE SHERIFF HOFFMAN SHOWING YOUR SUPPORT AT RAVALLI COUNTY SHERIFFS OFFICE, HAMILTON, MONTANA. WE NEED TO LET OUR LOCAL SHERIFFS KNOW WE WILL SUPPORT THEM IF THEY WILL SUPPORT OUR STATE AND USA CONSTITUTIONS. BY SUPPORT, I MEAN ARMED SUPPORT AGAINST THE FEDS AND US/UN TROOPS THERE TO BACK THEM.

So does this mean that this sheriff Chris Hoffman also supports a felon to be able to own and purchase guns of any kind, because if not he should, especially if the felon was a felon for a non-violent crime.

The Second Amendment makes no provisions for restrictions to gunner ownership regardless of Court or Gov’t manufacutred labels.
The Constitution does NOT restrict courts from making very severe punishmnets should anyone use a firearm irresponsibl, as in say, committing a crime such as mugging, but if most people carried, those types of people would quickly get weeded out of society by being shot, or convicted.

That is what I thought. That Sheriff Cris Hoffman sounds like one of the few good cops/sheriff. I never really knew of any good LEO`s, hehehe.I just got back on line – I got shut down earlier this evening and it took them about 3 1/2 hr.s to get hooked up again. It`s good to be back guys.
I am on their side, and will be there as soon as I can get there from the state of Virginia if it comes to it. I will also let the Consitutional Sheriff’s know what is going on.
I thought the Constitution was the law of the land and that the Sheriff was the law in their own county ?. Can the Feds do this?.
Like the feds really care about laws or the Constitution.

Sheriff Hoffman needs to get the word out to the people in his county and send a letter back to the feds stating that if a federal agent is sighted in his county they will be considered armed and dangerous and shot on site. The feds have just forfeitted their rights to conduct business in a county that they have threatened law enforcement or law abidding citizens in. This is an official declaration of war. By UN standards for one soverign entity to threaten another is an act of war. Why should we, within this nation tollerate agressions that nation states don’t allow?
