Republicans Plan To Unveil “Replace Obamacare” Legislation

Shark Tank – by Javier Manjarres

After filing and voting on dozens of bill to replace the disastrous Obama healthcare law, the  newly-minted Speaker of the House Paul Ryan, and the Republican-led Congress is finally unveiling an actual replacement for the law.

Ranking congressional democrats like Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz have ridiculed GOP leaders as being simple “obstructionists” every time one of these “repeal Obamacare” bills has come to the floor vote.

Do you blame them?

Since Obamacare was signed into law, Republicans have showed all bark, but no bite.

Just about every single Republican elected official and candidates for elected office since 2010 has vowed to “repeal and replace Obamacare” once they were elected.

This anti-Obamacare campaign continues on into this year’s 2016 presidential cycle, as every single Republican presidential candidates is pushing to “replace and repeal Obamacare.”

Chances are that the president will veto this bill after it gets passed both chambers of Congress.

Why wouldn’t he, this bill would replace the one piece of legislation that seals the fate of his presidential legacy.

The House is expected to debate and vote on the final, Senate-amended version of the reconciliation plan. If approved, the House and Senate are in alignment and the bill goes to Obama to sign or veto — though this is a fait accompli.

House Republicans initially planned to take up the reworked Senate bill right before Christmas. But at the last minute, they decided to delay that gambit. They had a new tactic. Wait until after the holiday to maximize exposure of the House debate and vote — as well as the President’s planned veto. Plus, it might help tee up Republican plans on health care in the new year.-Fox

Remember, this bill is coming from the “establishment” GOP-led Congress, so it is fair to assume that some provisions have been left in to appease Democrats.

    That pesky paradigm.

The sheeple are still buying it, though.

    pitiful

  2. The key word here is “replace”. We need the damn thing repealed – PERIOD. Otherwise they will simply “replace” it with the same thing under a different name. That crap Ryan that “replaced” that crap boner just screwed the American people royally. Why would we buy the idea that the Rebublicraps would do the honorable thing pertaining to OButtDoesn’tCare?
