The NSA National Security Agency, (in years past jokingly referred to as “no such agency,”) includes twenty-eight declassified photos of the USS Liberty attack on their official website.
Captions for the photos include such titles as “Spattered by Isreali Gunfire,” “Ships Bridge was Clobbered,” “Shock Damage Above Torpedo Hit,” CDR McGonagle Israeli Bullet, CDR and Staff Confer Post-attack, USS Liberty in Drydock, USS Liberty Main Blast Area, USS Liberty Pierside Malta, USS Liberty Primary Blast Area, Clean-up Operations of Blast Area, Damaged Machine Gun Mount Damaged Signal Light on Bridge, and Fire Damage Port Side Amidships.”

This happened back in a time when, to my knowledge, the NSA wasn’t yet being used as a weapon against Americans, but was engaged in legitimate overseas intelligence collection.
In any case, the evidence proves beyond a doubt that the attack was deliberate. The best explanation is that the Israelis wanted to sink the ship, leave no survivors, and then blame the attack on the Arabs. The scheme was similar to the Lavon Affair…or 9/11.

Yes, even a blind man can see that as long as he don’t claim the plausible deniability of a person in Government.

They wanted to create the option for the American Government to blame the attack on the Arabs and have the call of revenge from the population like after Pearl Harbor. Best proof for that is the government calling BACK twice the airborne help from the Mediterranean fleet, and Washington ready to nuke Cairo as response to the attack and in their eyes justifiable as long as there was no SOS (Radio antenna’s attacked first.) and the identification of the attackers was unknown (No Survivors).. Now if it would have sunk, with no survivors (Machine gunning life rafts is about equal so shooting Palestinian kids.) they and their controlled government slaves would have gotten away with it. In Short the USS Liberty was sacrificed by their controlled government to engage in the war with Egypt on Israels side.
A scheme more similar to 911.. but alas during a false flag one never sees the real flag…
Of course everyone wants to believe in a case of mistaken identity.. In stead of the worse case scenario.. Point is that the war crimes committed to get to a goal even more atrocious (Nuking Cairo by the American instead of the by benefiting Israelis.) indicate that looking for the worse case scenario is justified. Did I mention the gag order for the crew?
Now, best question yet:
How the hell do they manage to control the Government?

While I was stationed at Ft.Meade for the last four months of my Naval enlistment, I was able to hear a first hand account of the attack by a survivor. I can assure you Israel did know what they were doing.
Note to BMF: The NSA was always being used against Americans.
