The Texas Dept. of Public Safety has suspended more than 1.3 MILLION drivers licenses over an unconstitutional revenue
generating scheme that has put millions of Texans in double jeopardy. Essentially double taxing individuals for traffic violations.
It’s called The Texas Driver Responsibility Program and it has billed $1.8 million worth of surcharges to motorists who have already been

Every one of these people should band together and sue the state
Scratch that , that just ends up the tax payers bill

Lay them flat with the bill and use civil disobedience as the rule of the day

Than watch the states economy tank as there will be no , insurance payments, gas, or commerce no one driving to buy a dam thing

If they pull this on me then I drive without one. Period. If I have to drive my ATV to town (12 miles as the crow flies) along the highway or back roads, so be it. No drivers license, no safety inspections/registration (Texas Two-Step indeed!), and no insurance. If they pull this crap enough they better believe there really will be a serious secession movement…but will this put an end to this thuggish behavior or just be another “meet the new boss same as the old boss” scenario? One thing is for sure…the entire economy of Texas will be screwed big time, just so thugs can get more revenue?
