      1. this was the protocol I followed….I purchased food grade malic acid and used that instead of apple juice (way too much sugar) and I did not have a colonic done….also I was able to eat on the day of the actual flush…..I guesstimate so far I have passed 200 stones…pain free thanks to the malic acid which softens the stones as well as the magnesium which opens the ducts …and I have no nausea which some people complain of ….I did take the malic acid for 12 days instead of 6

        1. Wow! I was going to ask if you actually saw any stones. Crazy!
Is the colonic optional? Two articles I’ve read say do it.

          1. yes it is recommended but living here in the twilight zone I do not know of a place within 100 mile range…I was going to do the enema however once again living here in the twilight zone I could not find an enema kit even at the pharmacy store in the next town over! Very important to do at least 2-3 back to back water enemas after the flush is completed (done within 3 days of the flush) to ensure the stones don’t get lodged along the intestine… I found a kit on line and am having it delivered

        1. yw….count now between 200-300 and bigger ones coming out now…again pain free and no nausea or cramping

          1. Absolutely amazing!
Do you know if this will move kidney stones? It may say in the vid. but I’m skipping around. Just direct me back to the vid. if this is the case.

Thanks for the info., all of it!

          2. the kidney flush is a different prep….kidney stones must be dissolved …very painful to pass

          3. Ok, thanks for the kidney flush info.. I’ll have to look a flush up on line for kidney stones.

          4. mary, the link you sent about kidney stones recommends doing a kidney stone cleanse after the liver cleanse, fyi.
