Interesting times we are living in, and I absolutely delight in our ability in 2014 to share a thought or meaning musically in this way over the internet, without speaking a word or ever having met face to face (in many cases). I am also grateful that this music is available in this way, because I have been able to introduce it to my teens, who have really taken to it. 🙂 Yes, they definitely like this good old stuff way better than what’s out there now. 🙂 Very powerful, this music.

Incredible diggerdan ! This song stirred memories which have been dormant for decades. If you go back too much farther we’ll be listening to the swing bands of Tommy Dorsey and Benny Goodman (not a suggestion though).
