  1. I wish I could watch it.
All I can say if you see a used liver , colon or lungs on ebay.
    Let me know.
    I’m due for some replacements.
I think…I’ll start with the liver first.

    1. flee, I’ve read your comments and “bantered” with you a couple times, so I ain’t no stranger.

Your heart is most certainly in the right place, however, as I have learned myself, there’s other “delights” that are a sweet temptation.

We all need to have our head’s screwed on straight for what’s upcoming. I’m in a battle myself, begrudgingly so. All I can do is exercise my free will, one way or the other. I pray one way, get pulled the other. I hate this $hit.

    2. flee, basically stay away from the REFINED carbs. ……they are NOT part of the main food groups required by man…main are protein, fat , and fiber……..she speaks highly of Dr Atkins and says his science was good but that if he would have lived long enough he more than likely would have promoted a vegetarian way of getting the protein….legumes, seeds (pumpkin, sunflower, sesame, flax, etc.) and nuts…..fiber is obtained through veggies especially the greens….The LIVER has the capacity to regenerate itself…….cancer cannot take hold if the liver is healthy….Atkins promoted taking in only 20 grams of carbs per day however she does not agree as we like carbs…..she says just turn the ratios around use small amt. of whole grains in proportion to protein seeds, legumes, nuts) and fiber …as fat stores break down they release fat soluble toxins ….the liver can break down these toxins into a water soluble state so the body can excrete them….antioxidants are needed to protect against the toxicity of the metabolite that results with the breakdown of toxin…need beta carotene, vit C with flavonoids, vit E, also need vit Bs and minerals then the highly toxic metabolite joins with amino acids to change to water soluble state to be eliminated out of the body….diet should contain high protein high fiber and sufficient amount of fat primarily and smaller portions of carbs as whole grains if desired……..the science of conversion of the toxic metabolite to water soluble state for eliminations was not there when Dr. Atkins was alive…..today we need more protein because we are dealing with more fat soluble toxins than ever before…..hope this helps, flee

      1. Thanks for your very informative post, Mary!

Fyi, kale is a green that is very high protein – good on sandwiches, but a tad bitter to eat alone. Good juiced – with carrots and beets, for example.

  2. That’s a good video. I for one can’t wait for my liver to start healing itself. Should be healing up anytime now. Anytime now…..
