The President of These United States violates the law daily. He signs executive orders that take away our God Given Rights whenever he feels like it. He disregards our Constitution because he considers it outdated. All we ever hear from Congress is complaints that he is breaking the law. They say the word impeachment, but are too scared to start proceedings. They have the authority and justification to stop what is happening. The House of Representatives has the power to impeach the president and the Senate has the power to convict and punish him, yet they do nothing.  

Section 4 of the Constitution states the following: “The President, Vice President and all civil Officers of the United States, shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other High crimes and Misdemeanors”.

Here is a direct quote from the United States Senate, Sergeant at Arms Responsibilities: “The Sergeant at Arms is authorized to arrest and detain any person violating Senate rules, including the President of the United States”. http://www.senate.gov/reference/office/sergeant_at_arms.htm

Here are just a few of the hundreds of violations that he has committed. He could be impeached and convicted and arrested for any one of these.

He broke the War Powers act by executing military operations in Libya without approval from Congress.

The War Powers Resolution requires the President to notify Congress within 48 hours of committing armed forces to military action and forbids armed forces from remaining for more than 60 days with a further 30 day withdrawal period, without an authorization of the use of military force or a declaration of war. May 20, 2011, was the 60th day of US Combat in Libya. The 60 day deadline arrived without Obama seeking specific authorization from the US Congress. Obama notified Congress that he did not need authorization, since the US leadership was transferred to NATO and since US involvement was limited.

He has overseen the spying on of every American via the NSA, a direct violation of the 4^th Article in the Bill of Rights. “The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.”

NDAA (National Defense Authorization Act, Section 1021), a violation of 4th, 5th, 6th, and 7th Amendments. The detention sections of the NDAA begin by “affirming” that the authority of the President includes the power to detain, via the Armed Forces, any person, including a US Citizen who was part of or substantially supported al-Qaeda the Taliban or associated forces that are engaged in hostilities against the United States or its coalition partners”, and anyone who commits a “belligerent act” against the United States or its coalition allies in aid of such enemy forces, under the law of war, “without trial, until the end of the hostilities”.

He has signed numerous executive orders that directly violate the 2^nd Article to the Bill of Rights. He has even signed one that allows the federal government to track and monitor law abiding gun owners because they sought medical care.

Everyone agrees that the executive branch is violating the law. No one disputes that in any way. Article 2, Section 3 of the Constitution states “The President must “take care that the laws be faithfully executed”. Further, his Oath of Office is the following: “I do solemnly swear that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my Ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States.” Why hasn’t he been arrested? Why is Congress doing nothing about this? Why haven’t they done anything about the numerous other illegal acts that this administration has committed?

Let’s summarize this. The President of These United States can take us to war without Congressional approval. He can direct the NSA to spy on us and create a database of our lives. He can have us kidnapped by the US Military and held indefinitely without a trial. He has repeatedly violated our 2^nd Article rights in an open attempt to disarm us.  It sounds a lot like we have a dictator, not a president.

Our Republic is dead. When the President of THESE United States is not bound by the Constitution that he swore to defend and these types of violations go unchecked, we are living in a dictatorship. I never thought that I would think anarchy would be a good thing. I am starting to change my opinion about that now. What this translates to is that we must live within the law that they make against our will, but they are not bound by the same laws that we must live under. At that point we live under tyranny. Would you rather live under tyranny than anarchy? I am not advocating anarchy, but at least under anarchy I can control my own destiny. I live or die based on my actions, not their actions. Under tyranny, I have to live in fear that the government will take away my freedoms and do with me as they please.

In closing, my recommendation to all Americans who chose to live free is to get armed. I don’t mean one gun and a box of rounds. I mean get armed as if an invasion was coming. Get ready to fight a nasty fight. The sign waving days and voting days are long gone. There is no coming back without one hell of a fight. Stop relying on the treasonous congress to save you. Draw your individual lines in the sand and prepare to fight. When it starts, fight like rabid dogs until it is over and we have restored our Republic. Make anyone trying to take away your God Given Rights pay for their crimes.
