    maybe if this isnt received well by the Feds’ we can change the 4 year felony into a death sentence , then maybe they would have liked the 4 year deal better

  2. Let’s just leave the union. I have no need for a president, U.S Congress, U.S. Senate, or the Supreme Stooges. I think State governments need to be pruned as well and decisions regarding your Community can be made at the local level. I’m so sick and tired of dealing with red tape. Here’s a good example. I just received a letter from a child support agency who claims I owed my ex-wife $20.00 from 2002. Well, with interest, I now, according to them, owe her over $200.00. However, tack on the State’s disbursement fee and now my $20.00 debt, which I was never billed for, is over $700.00. Have a nice day!

      That is such BS. There is no way a fine can exceed the actual original cost imo.

    2. and to top it off, the Kids ( where the money is really supposed to go) wont get any of the 700$..the dam court will make sure to line their coffers no doubt first

  3. The problem here is it is an invalid law and cannot be enforced. The supremacy clause in the constitution give supremacy to the federal government. No state can take supremacy over federal laws.

    1. There is no problem here, as the Supremacy Clause is trumped by the 9th Article of our people’s Bill of Rights, which states:
      “The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people.”
      This is absolute law, no authority can be created by the Constitution to infringe upon the Bill of Rights.
