All I can say about this is it WORKS.
I Read about this a few months back and I tried it…….January I was 250 pounds (@ 5’8) yesterday I was at 217 pounds and still dropping weight. I have 1 or 2 fresh squeezed lemon juice with water as soon as I get out of bed then go for my walk…it’s that easy.
All I can say is if your overweight like I was, I had to make some life altering changes. If you can walk and drink fresh squeezed lemon water your on the way to a new you..
I feel great…..other than I need new clothes, they are way too big..that’s the BONUS a new wardrobe.
