The flowers we ordered from FromYouFlowers didn’t make it to Spike’s Celebration of Life service yesterday.
We confirmed by phone yesterday morning that the delivery would be made on time.
Here is the email we received this morning:
Thank you for your recent order. Unfortunately, we have been unsuccessful in locating a florist able to complete delivery in time for the funeral services of Richard “Spike” Timmons. Please accept our most sincere apologies for any inconvenience this may cause and know that we made every attempt to find a vendor to deliver as requested.
I have demanded the money be refunded. I will send it to Jimmy so he can get him a bag of weed, that would suit Spike right down to the ground.

That Wildweed Flower grew wild on the farm, and we never knowed what it was called. It’s called a substitute for incompetence that will be more appreciated, I think.
Totally inexcusable and unacceptable! Florists are often begging for business and will go well above and beyond for anyone who needs their services. With service that poor, it’s a wonder how they are still in business.
