Put eight hours in on it today. Have to stop so I can look at it anew in the morning. But after a slug of whiskey, a puff off my pipe, a circuit involuntarily kicked in, which caused me to wonder if there could be an epiphany afoot.
Guess what? The voter rolls and voter registration cards have all the names in written capital letters. That means every vote cast is cast by the straw man corporation. Corporate consent does not equate to the consent of the governed, as the corporation is doing the governing.
Thus voting is an absolute affirmation and participation, in collusion with, the United States Corporation.
Now, when we go to prosecute these traitors for voting, we will be prosecuting individuals for voting in a people’s election as corporations. And their defense is going to be, “I didn’t know”.
Just a thought.
Freedom and liberty bless the Republic, death to the international corporate mafia, we will prevail.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE GOVERNMENT OF ARMIES
OF THE UNITED STATES IN THE FIELD
Prepared by Francis Lieber, promulgated as General Orders No. 100 by
President Lincoln, 24 April 1863.
SECTION II
Art. 38. Private property, unless forfeited by crimes or by offenses of the owner, can be seized only by way of military necessity, for the support or other benefit of the army or of the United States.
If the owner has not fled, the commanding officer will cause receipts to be given, which may serve the spoliated owner to obtain indemnity.

Henry- this is the way that Kurt Kallenbach, Jonah Bey and others claim they are “de-citizenatizing” themselves. They turn in the birth certificate as the receipt and claim back their property that has been taken. I’ve been trying to figure out how to get a driver’s license again without resubmitting to the system, even though I know I am compromised in sooooooo many other ways on paper. (Bank accts, selective service, using the USD, etc.)
I’m not sure why I should be subjected to mountains of paperwork just to live though, so I have not started this new process. (I did the UCC back in the day.) I guess American Nationals just don’t need a DL, and that is why I am having a hard time tracking down information, acting as if I am a Mexican who needs permission to drive. I notice my passport card has three stars on it, I assume there are 5 and maybe even 6 star passports out there. How many stars does an American National get?
Keep at it!
I pounded eight hours deep into the heart of the common law today. When this mandamus is finished I will publish to the public domain. It is the fact, it is the truth, it is why we can invoke our rights at any instance and remove upon the revocation any and all presumed legal holds upon our persons.
Their claim is to hold you by contract. The Constitution is the ultimate authority for any commercial contract, national or international. The 9th Article to our people’s Bill of Rights declares that no authority can exist in the Constitution to allow for us to be removed from the common law jurisdiction into the inferior corporate jurisdiction.
I do not have to rescind illegal contracts, I just have to identify them for what they are, on the spot, and enforce my rights with my superior jurisdiction, which dictates that I can take up arms to defend my superior position above any government or corporation or joinder thereof.
Kallenbach is averring it is not contracts but copyright that is controlling the situation. He has even made his own “tags” [license plates] that are copyrighted by him which he shares with others:
“can I see your license and registration?”
“if I show you the papers your request, can they be used against me in court?”
“yes”
“I choose not to incriminate myself”
If the officer pushes it: “Here’s the number for the FBI so you can check the copyright…”
This is just interesting.
Here is the argument:

Just another reason I stopped voting in 2012 (and it was a write-in). Haven’t voted for a Dem or Repub running for prez since 2000, well before I ever heard of FTTWR.
I remember a time when I didn’t know.
I voted only once….I am not a registered voter any longer
I’ve never voted, my parents always did. I knew at a young age my vote wouldn’t mean sqwat.
Yeah, Voting is just a way to exercise your franchise to the corporation you live in…
