My answer to the question: “Are Trump fans retarded?” is 80/20….
80% fall into categories 2 & 3 above. The other 20% are incompetent due to a limited mental ability.
The greater proportion of either category #2 or #3 of those Trumpets in the 80% category is, in my mind, a matter for debate.
