That is your tax money, to fund destabilization in other nations and create fear and terror in our own nation for a desired result. Common sense should tell us if $17 billion were really spent against the enemy, the enemy would not succeed. If the enemy is succeeding in light of this either their funding is far greater or we are being lied to about where the money is going.
The United States has spent more than $17 billion to provide weapons, ammunition, and other military equipment to Afghanistan’s struggling defense forces, even as the number of Afghans enlisted in these services dips amid a resurgence in Taliban-backed violence, according to new figures published by a government oversight body.
The United States has spent nearly $13 billion to arm the Afghan National Army as of May 31, 2016 and another $4.2 billion on weapons for the Afghan National Police, according to figures from the Special Inspector General for Afghanistan Reconstruction.

Afghanistan is nearly THE most mineral rich country in the world. They’ve been strip-mining it ever since they invaded.
It also (NOW) produces 80% of the world’s heroin supply. Opium production was down to almost NIL before they kicked the Taliban out.
It’s not about war, specifically, it’s about the mammon war generates – through debt & theft of resources.
Of course, it goes without saying that another ‘benefit’ of war is that it reduces the ‘goyim’ fighting age population, a huge plus for the stinking jews, as those faggot pussies are only capable of fighting wars by deception, using goy armies to do their dirty work for them.

If you’ve never seen the movie ‘The International’ with Clive Owen, I highly recommend it. There are several great scenes, but one stands out in particular (sorry, I looked for a video clip, but couldn’t find one)…

They can’t get $1 Billion dollars to put up a border fence and deport all illegal immigrants, but they can give $17 Billion to no name Afghan forces in Afghanistan who I don’t even know nor give a F**k about and put a few signs up at the Southern border saying, “Safe Haven Zones”.
