i lived in baton rouge for years. was in one of those floods………..its usally not high water that kills you……..damned cotton mouths and fire ants will drown your ass…………………………….
Is it just me or does that victim look like someone with Downs Syndrome? Driving a car right into the flood with her doggie and gets rescued? Gene pool lifeguard off that day?? [Waiting for the lightning bolt to hit my ass.]
