I could find no verification that this has been “ALREADY ADOPTED IN YOUR TOWN EVERYWHERE – WORLDWIDE – RIGHT NOW”… According to the FAQ page at: https://www.homeenergyscoreportland.com/faq.html – “Several other cities including Austin, Berkeley, Santa Fe, and Boulder have passed similar laws”. Am not saying it has not been passed “everywhere”, Just that I could find no evidence that is the case. So, perhaps if some one has found proof that this is Nation-wide, they could post the links here.
