Agenda 21 is a product of the 1992 Rio Earth Summit, and it is the means by which Americans may soon be saddled with lower living standards. Agenda 21 is implementing “soft law” through ICLEI, which amounts to bribes and regulations imposed by state and local governments.

Something smells here they want clean energy and a reduction in fossil fuels so what do corporations do they make cars more gas efficient more miles per gallon. But wait we can’t have those cars they deprive the federal government of tax money so it goes crazy and very confusing. Which is it reduction in fossil fuels or abundant gas taxes? Crazy
