According to a freedom of information request by MuckRock, Wisconsin State Police have received 160 M-16 automatic military rifles. The Department of Defense’s 1033 program is to blame. The program allows for local law enforcement agencies to get their hands on these goodies. The 1033 program also permits the resale or transfer of military weapons and vehicles to local departments.
The question is why do state police need automatic rifles? The Wisconsin 1033 program is currently handled by a non-profit organization, the Wisconsin Technical College System Foundation.
Last year we even saw colleges beginning to acquire MRAP vehicles. Now, according to Bloomberg, the United States Army is giving away 13,000 military grade armored trucks for free, which tax payers purchased for $500,000 each. The 20-ton MRAPs, or Mine-Resistant Ambush-Protected trucks, were built with the intention to save U.S. soldiers from roadside bombs during the Iraq and Afghanistan wars.
Last October, the City of Madison purchased the Navistar Defense MaxxPro MRAP for their local police department. Why do we need armored vehicles on Wisconsin streets?

OH! Their free, are they? NOTHING is free. The elites are just out of time and need to spread these trucks to as many local areas as they can before they initiate their final plan.

Hahaha!!! Ambush resistant. That’s funny. Obviously, they have never heard of a molotov cocktail, a paintball gun or a big sinkhole in the ground. That’ll put an end to those things REAL quick.
Remember, your enemy is a mobile resupply pod. IMPORTANT: Let us hope that these were M-16A1 Rifles as they will have true sellect fire. Semi and Full Auto. The M-16A2’s have semi and 3 round burst. The M-16A1’s are great for Support weapons and can be used in place of a SAW in a militia army that will not have as many full auto weapons in the early stages. The M-16A1’s are also great for aircraft mounts. Think banked and using a BETA or Chinese 125 rd drum. Once taken from their warm dead hands they should be routed to specific unit missions.
