SKYWARD ambitions to expand the controversial 5G network worldwide have literally gone high-tech after yaks lugged eight tonnes of infrastructure up Mount Everest. At a height of 6,500 meters, it’s the highest 5G antenna installation in the world, say organizers China Mobile Hong Kong and Huawei.

    1. Only the Yaks. Everest is so popular now, there is wheel chair parking on top.

Rumor has it, subway is building a sandwich shop up there.

      1. Yeah, probably not a rumor.

For me, this Everest defacing is the equivalent of McDonald’s on the moon. Atrocity!! Not to mention the feng shui violations and imbalances. Yuck!!

        .

  1. Atrocity is right! Not only will this destroy yaks, but their keepers, the Sherpas, as well!

And their completely organic eating lifestyle…Sherpas are among the healthiest people on Earth, which is why they can climb Everest in the first place!
