When I was a kid growing up in range of Buffalo’s TV stations, we had Tom Jolls doing the “Weather Outside”, which was comical at times. His writing utensils for putting daily statistics on the “weather-board” were always hampering his efforts, as well as gusty breezes taking his giant “weather-board” for a skid across the parking lot. Fun times.
Everything is faked now. 🙁
