  1. I did not watch the vid. but the eggs are actually what’s going to be cooked soon after the bacon is finished.
    Everything in moderation.

  2. I listened to this – the apples and eggs issues are BS, as well as the comparison between Margarine and Butter, where it is stated that both are bad for you. Butter good, margarine bad. 1/2 lb of butter at one sitting – bad. Most of the issues with fat and cholesterol are due to the rest of the diet in those who do not eat wholesome foods. One cannot eat 80% of one’s caloric intake from trans fats, refined grain products and simple sugars (ie: corn syrup) and expect to remain healthy.
The other eco issues are probably correct, and are due to the greed and apathy of those who’s methods of production are amoral.

  3. Dont eat real foods,, eat this “engineered” crap were pushing, its so much more healthy than the real deal

    oh please

    1. Or, even if it’s not pushed as “healthier”, it will be pushed as “convenient”. “Just heat ‘n eat”.

  4. eggs and meat….nothing wrong with eating these….it is what is done to the animal before it becomes ‘food’ for us ….vaccines, antibiotics, growth hormones, gmo grain feed……

    1. lol….did not know of this so I looked it up …eww…

a Scottish dish consisting of a sheep’s or calf’s offal mixed with suet, oatmeal, and seasoning and boiled in a bag, traditionally one made from the animal’s stomach…..so then I had to look up offal .. eww again

the entrails and internal organs of an animal used as food.
      •refuse or waste material.
      •decomposing animal flesh.

      1. LOL… I actually ate some in Dublin, mary (can’t go all the way to the U.K. without at least trying haggis, if only to be able to say that you had). It smelled like microwaved dog food.

And tasted like you would pretty much expect dog food to taste like… from the smell of it, anyway.

  5. Okay Okay I’ll stop baking using eggs…RIGHT! As for eating, I’ll only eat chicken or duck eggs raised by a neighbor in my neck of the woods. I cannot count all the vids and articles pronouncing utter nonsense as for what should or should not be eaten. My rule of thumb–if it’s GMO, it likely should not be eaten (which is really hard when it comes to corn products like tortillas. Now, if you need to eat corn chips, Garden of Eatin’ makes only organic non-GMO chips. Or get your tortillas from Mexico, where GMOs have been outlawed.).
