You don’t want to accidentally harm your own family which you are trying desperately to protect”… Exactly how does a Tritium Night Sight help you to “Not” shoot a “friendly”? All it does is illuminate the front sight, so you can see IT (front sight) in the dark. It doesn’t illuminate the room, or who is in it.

It’s got a Pistol Grip Stock, Ghost Ring Sights, Dual slide-bars and rotary bolt, 18.5-inch security barrel, Bottom-loading tube magazine, 5+1 capacity. Bought it On-Sale, Online, for $199.99. With the FFL required background check ($10.00 – local pawn shop), it cost me $210.00. Have shot a couple hundred shells through it so far at the range (buck and slug) , and it works perfectly. i own several shotguns.
but the one i use for home defense is a Mossberg 500 slide action with the 18 inch barrel.
in 12 gauge, never had a problem with it.
I would think that the best shotgun in a tight life or death situation would be the one I was holding in my hands, in any configuration. 🙂
