99ers HR 589 Supporters General Electric Screwing More than the Lightbulb

So is anything new happening on the job scene?  Yes.  Back when Barry Soetoro was running for President he made the following statement on November 3, 2007: “When I am president, I will end the tax giveaways to companies that ship our jobs overseas, and I will put the money in the pockets of working Americans, and seniors, and homeowners who deserve a break.”  The Prince of Lies, not only have the giveaways not stopped, but the rate our jobs are being shipped out has increased.

Barry recently named CEO of General Electric, Jeff Immelt, to head his Council on Jobs and Investment.  Good call, Barry.  GE reported that their corporate earnings were up 77% in 2010.  GE paid zero federal taxes in 2009 and 2010.  GE received a tax benefit of $2.3 billion in 2010. 

All these things being true, according to Paul Ryan, Rand Paul, John Boehner and company, GE should be secure and hiring U.S. workers by the scores.  Wrong.  Only 46% of GE’s employees are based in the United States.  The other 56% are in foreign countries. 

It was truly amazing to hear FOX Business and ABC News reporting these facts in the mainstream, but I believe there is a method to their madness.  With the upcoming battle over the debt ceiling I believe a lot more information on big business’s betrayal of the U.S. is going to come out.  In the end it is going to be revealed that all of the big corporations are using dual sets of books to move money out of the United States in order to avoid paying profit taxes.  They simply show the bulk of their profits as being made overseas and any losses get put on the U.S. tax books, of which they then receive a tax benefit for.  As long as they keep the wealth offshore it cannot be taxed. 

Tell me, what would happen if one of us made $100,000 in income that we paid no taxes on, stashed it in an offshore account, and then the government found out about it?  I’ll tell you what would happen; the U.S. government would take every dollar and put us in a federal penitentiary for about 20 years for tax evasion.

So tell me Rand Paul, what is your position in reference to General Electric making $14.2 billion in profits in 2010, getting a $3.2 billion tax benefit, and not paying one dollar in taxes?  How this is possible? 

The commerce clause in the United States Constitution is being used to dictate to the people everything from what light bulb we can use to what food we can eat.  This is not what our founding fathers intended.  The commerce clause in fact was put in the Constitution to make sure that what General Electric and every other multi-billion dollar corporation are doing would never occur.

Two Supreme Court decisions state than an individual’s income cannot be taxed.  This fact is confirmed by Congressman Ron Paul in the documentary, Freedom to Fascism, produced by Aaron Russo.  However, corporate profits, as they are derived from our natural resources are taxable. 

So what are these actors in our government doing?  They are allowing the illegal taxation of our income while gradually doing away with the legal corporate tax on profits.  They have literally turned the meaning of our Constitution completely 180 degrees around.  And by God they know exactly what they are doing.  This is blatant treason with malice and forethought, designed to rape the natural resources from the United States of America and enslave its people.

The only bright side is that the citizenry has become aware of the situation and the mainstream propagandists are losing their battle to divide our people against one another.  The gap between the rich and the middle class is widening at an alarming rate.  And it will continue to do so as long as there is profit in sending more of our jobs overseas.

Officially there are 13.5 million Americans unemployed.  The true number is closer to 40 million.  This is the stuff revolutions are made of.  It is a shame that the deliberate removal of U.S. jobs was not realized sooner as it began back with the passage of NAFTA in 1993. 

Had it not been for the 99ers who would not allow themselves to be removed from reality, I do not believe the truths we are hearing today about corporations like General Electric would be coming to light.  We are forcing a revealing and we can do a lot to push this revealing forward if just one Easter Project protest is accomplished and makes mainstream news.

Whether the 99ers realize it or not, we are causing an effect.  We must continue to encourage our fellow 99ers to register non-partisan so that our numbers can be distinguished.  We must also continue to unite and ally ourselves with our brothers and sisters still in the middle class. 

Those in the middle class must accept the great betrayal and turn away from the neo-cons and socialists and embrace their fellow Americans.  It is going to take every one of us to put down the robber barons and reestablish our Constitution as the supreme law of this land.  We cannot fail in our duty to our children and grandchildren and to our beloved Republic.

God bless this Republic, death to the international corporate mafia, we shall prevail.
