1. They are normalizing these heinous atrocities. Some respond to this with numbness; others have compassion fatigue. Many feel rage but don’t know what to do with it.

   By attempting to normalize this horror they send a message that this is life now. Cruel crime after cruel crime, and things will keep getting worse, so don’t step out of line or you’re next.

   We are in hell.
