Daily MailAn Albuquerque, New Mexico dad who found a naked prowler peering into his young daughter’s room will face charges after seriously beating the peeping tom.
Police say Emilio Chavez III found 29-year-old Dylan Maho naked and making noises near a little girl’s window when he chose to exact vigilante justice and beat Maho so badly he was taken to the hospital.
While both men could be convicted of felonies, Chavez could potentially get a longer sentence for what he did to the intruder.

‘There’s a naked man outside his daughter’s window,’ Chavez’s neighbor Bill Morang told KOAT. ‘I think he was well within his rights chasing him down and beating him.’
But the district attorney disagrees. Though police initially let the irate father go free after questioning, he is now charged with aggrevated battery, a felony.
Maho, who remained in the hospital Monday but was upgraded to stable condition, will be formally charged with felony voyeurism upon his release.
According to Justia.com, Chavez could be convicted of a third degree felony. That means he could face up to three years in jail.

The charges against Maho, which amount to a fourth degree felony, a lesser charge than Chavez’s, can mean between one and two years in jail.
Chavez told KRQE that he was so angry that night of the alleged intrusion that he doesn’t even remember assaulting the man.
Meanwhile, this isn’t the first run-in the neighborhood has had with the peeping tom.
‘They call him the nudist around here’ Morang told KOB.com. ‘Apparently he’s been looking in other peoples’ windows.’
Morang, himself a father, believes the nude man is the same one he says holds sexual parties at a nearby home that he calls ‘swinger’ parties.
Morang also claims he’s found condom rappers in the street and maintained Chavez did exactly what he should have done.
‘I would’ve done a little worse than what happened to him and I think any man or dad would do the same,’ Morang said. ‘I feel bad for the other guy and I hope nothing bad happens to him for protecting his family. I think he did what’s right.’

Too bad that dumbazzed DA isn’t in the hospital with the perv. They could compare notes.
I’d be confiscating the DA’s publicly owned computer & having it analyzed. Most likely he’s got the porn on it to show he has a track record of “voyeurism”.
The dad screwed up by not killing the known perv. When the so called Law won’t take care of the business of protecting the public, it’s falls to the Public to take charge & carry out the plan of the day.

If you think about it doesn’t. Pervs are in fashion these days. Perverted behaviour is celebrated in the media and by the government. I’m surprised the father wasn’t charged with a hate crime against a protected minority(j/k).
Same here in the UK, MP Tom Watson went public trying to expose a elite government paedo ring and he got smeared big time and silenced.
Seems to me if you want power and wealth in this life then lying, cheating, swindling and fiddling with kids is the way they do it, only have to look at the “Boys town” scandal to realise how systematic it has all become too 🙁
Perfect example of when to go for jury nullification. He should demand a trial by jury. I would like to think that a jury would send him home NOT GUILTY. If not, there is truly no hope for this country.

Hell the guy should get a medal instead of jail time. That DA should get an a$$ wippen and jail time as well.
To be truthful, the man should have let justice take it’s course. We should be aware of the fact that in most prisons guys who get caught behaving in this manner are “taken care of” by other jail inmates already in jail. The man should have let the perpetrator hit him first and he could have claimed self defense which includes being scared for your life. The justice system “stinks” to be truthful. Make sure you have the perp inside your house with a weapon in his hand or person 🙂

I would like to point out that the perv even in jail is placed into protective custody or out right into a private cell. 23hrs in and 1hr out for rec the likely hood of him living a long life at our expense is extremely high. When you think about it is at the little girls expense both emotional and financial if she becomes a tax payer before his release . Why you ask well let me tell you, it all comes down to more and more individuals being damaged in the future because those who enjoy this particular lifestyle also enjoy both reading, hearing, watching and above all abusing children while punishing those who choose to do the right and honorable thing. So sure let the so called “system” or law and order take charge so he can be a burden on the rest of us instead of taking the shovel and doing what is right to begin with. I have no tolerance for this type of activity, it is best not to inform me about instances like this one. If I was this guys neighbor I would have prob seen the dam perv myself as I enjoy a sense of community always being vigilant and taking care of the ones who can not take care of themselves. You don’t always have to take action right away sometimes it is best to wait and plan the outcome that is what recon is for. It is very easy to tail someone without them knowing more so in an environment where there are lots of homes or people. Then the trap is set and dad can take the action needed with his friendly shovel carrying neighbor.
It’s like I had said before: Always keep a good shovel handy… dead men tell no tales. That perv should have been beaten to death and then disappeared off the face of the Earth. Chavez’s biggest mistake was calling the police.

Only trouble with hogs is they leave the bigger bones to be gathered up for later disposal. Got experience with that method. After gathering bones up, run through a hammer mill & spread over your fields.

Yes. Beats $15/bag for bone meal soil additive. If fresh bones, it’ll smell for a while. Buzzards & flies will be a problem if you don’t till it in.
Most plumbing supply stores also carry professional drain cleaners containing sulfuric acid. Everything goes down the drain nice and clean.
If he had been a cop and killed the wrong guy at the wrong address he would have got cleared at the scene! But actually bring harm to a perv at his daughters window gets him arrested.That is a prime example of whats wrong with the judicial system and the assholes that support it,dirty to the core.If it had been a congressman or a cop they would be praising him but he was a lowly surf in fife-doom!

Who was it some years back, a friend of Rusty Nelson who disappeared when it transpired he had pictures of all sorts of weird stuff involving kids and the White House? Something to do with kids being used to supply dignitaries and powerful people that he had photographed secretly and was held incommunicado in a supermax prison I think it was.
