Dangerous Minds
Dashcams (dashboard mounted cameras) are widespread in Russia as a form of sousveillance, additional evidence in court, and as a guard against police corruption and insurance fraud. They have been called “ubiquitous” and “an on-line obsession”, and are so prevalent that dashcam footage was the most common footage of the 2013 Chelyabinsk meteor, which was documented from a dozen angles. Thousands of videos showing automobile crashes, close calls, and attempts at insurance fraud have been uploaded to video sharing websites like YouTube and many Russian sites.

that’s funny. 🙂
Had me laughing, after a horrible drive on the freeway, Paul.
WAY too many stupid people that shouldn’t have drivers’ licenses.
Or cars.
Hey #1 can’t imagine what driving is like where your are. We live in a small rural town. No traffic jams, even during rush hour. At least not what you city slickers would call a traffic jam. 😎
Insanity REALLY abounds here, Paul. 😯
oops.
In fact, can’t swing a dead cat without hitting a certifiable here.
Hang in there brother. 😎
I wonder if they had “Cartoon Heroes” by Aqua playing in their vehicle? *laughs*
That’s got to be embarrassing, getting your ass kicked by Sponge Bob.
