All Aalaya Walker wanted was some food in her belly. Instead, she got bullet fragments on her legs and chest.
Walker, 18, was attempting to make frozen waffles at an apartment in St. Petersburg, Fla., on Monday night when the oven suddenly exploded, spraying her with shrapnel from an exploding bullet that her friend, Javarski “JJ” Sandy, had stored in the appliance, MSN reported.
The bullets belonged to Sandy’s .45-caliber Glock 21, which he kept in a drawer.
After the explosion, Walker managed to pick some of the fragments out of her leg and chest and then took a bus to the hospital, where she was treated and released, according to NBCNews.com.
Officers met with Walker and then sought out Sandy, who confirmed her story and showed his concealed weapon permit as well as the now-melted magazine, according to the Tampa Bay Times.
“[Sandy] stated that he does not have a temperature gauge on the oven so he estimates the temperature based on how far the knob is turned,” according to a police report obtained by newspaper. “I observed that the inside of the oven was damaged.”
No arrests were made.

JJ Sandy, “Here’s your sign” (Bill Engvall).
This guy gives a whole new meaning to the word stupid. Storing a clip in the oven. Is this guy nuts or something. People like this should not have a gun anywhere around themselves. Also what difference does it make if he doesn`t have a temp. gauge on his oven. You just do not store ammo or other explosives in a oven or other heat producing enviroments. This Sandy guy is just plain F`n stupid.
Yup, that’s for sure.
That’s why he needs to always wear his “I’m Stupid” sign, to warn the rest of us.
The moral of the story being, women shouldn’t date men with less than a sixth grade education.
Of course, at the rate they’re dumbing down the kids these days, better make that a tenth grade education, just to be on the safe side.
Or better yet, don’t date at all.
HA HA HA , You gotta remember the quality of the education the kids have nowdays and how they are teaching it. Damned sick isn`t it #1.
Shoot, now a days, we have college graduates who don’t know any better. (scary, and very sad)
