Adult High School Students Arrested For Allegedly Raping 11-Year-Old Girls

Montgomery County, MD – Two men who have been attending public high school in Montgomery County have been arrested for allegedly raping two different 11-year-old girls.

One of the suspects, 20-year-old Jonathan Coreas-Salamanca, is an illegal alien from El Salvador, WJLA reported.

The second suspect, 19-year-old Ivan Reyes Lopez, immigrated to the U.S. from Honduras approximately three years ago.

Coreas-Salamanca, who is enrolled as a Montgomery Blair High School student, was arrested at the school on Feb. 13, WJLA reported.

According to court documents, the illegal alien gave an 11-year-old girl a cell phone at some point in 2019, then began exchanging explicit photos and text messages with her.

Coreas-Salamanca also allegedly used the phone to arrange sexual encounters with the pre-teen girl.

The victim’s father discovered the phone on Dec. 24, 2019, and began scrolling through the messages.

“[The victim’s father] described a text message where Suspect Coreas-Salamanca advised Victim A that she bit his penis the last time she performed fellatio,” court documents read, according to WJLA. “Suspect Coreas-Salamanca’s purpose in sending the text message was to teach Victim A how to better perform fellatio.”

The girl’s father also came upon a slew of other messages during which the suspect discussed “vaginal intercourse, fellatio, and cunnilingus” with his daughter, WJLA reported.

He immediately turned the phone over to police, who sent it in for forensic analysis and opened an investigation into Coreas-Salamanca’s contact with the girl.

Meanwhile, Lopez, a Bethesda-Chevy Chase High School student, was arrested at school on Feb. 19.

According to investigators, a second 11-year-old victim told police that she met Lopez at a park, and that he lured her to his family’s Silver Spring apartment, WJLA reported.

When they went inside the residence, Lopez told the girl to sit down on the bed. He then turned on Netflix and proceeded to rape her, the victim said.

Lopez, who was questioned by detectives through a Spanish translator, argued that he took the victim’s hand and led her to his bedroom, and that he proceeded to have “consensual vaginal intercourse” with the 11-year-old girl, according to court documents.

Coreas-Salamanca and Lopez have both been charged with second-degree rape, WJLA reported.

Coreas-Salamanca has also been charged with third-degree sexual offense and additional counts of sexual abuse of a minor.

Both were denied bond.

Lopez, who has been accused of raping his victim on one occasion, faces up to 20 years in prison if convicted, WJLA reported.

Coreas-Salamanca, who has been accused of raping his victim repeatedly, faces up to 55 years in prison.

In a letter to parents and guardians on Tuesday, Montgomery County Public Schools stressed that the alleged rapes did not take place on school property, WJLA reported.

The school district noted that both Lopez and Coreas-Salamanca are prohibited from attending classes while their cases are pending.

“Even though these allegations are unrelated to our schools or to MCPS, we are deeply saddened and troubled by the news of these reported crimes,” the letter read. “We want to be very clear that the students will not return to our schools while these cases are pending.”

On Tuesday, Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) spokesperson Kaitlyn Pote confirmed that an immigration hold has also been placed on Coreas-Salamanca, the Daily Caller reported.

In November of 2019, Montgomery County rolled back a portion of its “sanctuary” policy after a series of alleged sexual abuse and rape charges were leveled against multiple illegal aliens.

In addition to submitting an immigration detainer, ICE must also pick up wanted illegal aliens as they are preparing to be released from jail, otherwise they will be turned loose.

  1. I hate to say it
But that father would probably be considered a better man than I

    I woulda hunted them down
And no one would ever find them

    Tax payers off the hook
And they’d for sure never offend again

Better be careful who you mess with here
We’re sick and tired of this shit
And we know our bullshit courts and judges don’t give two dam shits about our kids and families

    1. Yep. Agreed. The headline, if any, would read very differently if it were my daughters.

I would always know where to find these guys after I got to them.
