Many folks I know (being roughly 100 miles as the crow flies from the Mexican border) go to Mexico when they know hospital care in the US is unaffordable, even with insurance. When I need dental care (with no dental insurance) I go to Ojinaga, Mexico, across from Presidio, Texas. And they have staff that speak English….
