From the Trenches World Report is the home of what is right in America. It brings together American Nationals, and scares away many who fear change. That change is bringing us back to the original rules of our land. The original intent of this site is and always will be a righteous one, the reinstatement of the original Bill of Rights.
Many people that have recently visited our great site have been sitting in the wings, observing, watching. itching to comment. Stick their big toe in the water; see if it’s to their liking, so to speak. This site has been here for ten years now, that’s one hell of a lot of fence sitters.
It’s always been and always will be a site that tries to take away that fear of change by a man who makes it his life’s mission to bring America back to sanity, away from the treason heaped upon us all, over the past 200 or so years.
Henry is a man who hits hard, but it’s from his heart, not meant to offend or scare, but to open our eyes to what originally was fought for and won back in the late 1700s. It quickly became something else unfortunately and that something else subjugated us all, and here we are.
I hope that all newcomers to this site understand that there is no in between here, no ifs, and, or buts, just pure definitions and meanings of all the true-isms of our beloved Bill of Rights and how they basically no longer exist, only mentioned by word by scumbag propagandists bent on their agenda to create globalism, tyranny and deceit.
They use the word Constitution a lot, vaguely using the phrase Bill of Rights only to get your attention. It stops dead in its tracks there. No real intentions at all to reinstate the original definitions and purpose whatsoever, hopefully everybody understands this.
From Trenches World Report is here to educate and to explain common law, the true law of our land, and how it frees us from tyranny. It is such a simple concept really and doesn’t require 10,000 pages of definitions and legal mumbo jumbo to educate.
Henry is an expert in these matters, and unfortunately common law scares people because they don’t understand it. It’s just too damn simple of a concept, it’s actually scares people.
If all newcomers would tune into Henry’s daily show, they would learn and understand what this site is really all about, the show should be the main focus.
There is a lot of anger now. American Nationals are people who fight for common law and the reinstatement of the ORIGINAL Bill of Rights, simple. We don’t accept any in-betweens here, only pure truth, anything else only gets us further into tyranny and communism.
Nobody here pretends to be better than anybody else, only to get back to what made our country such a wonderful place before our natural resources and freedoms were stolen from us by way of subjugation and deceitful tactics by traitors who currently hold high office.
We here would love nothing more than to shut this garbage down, and that is what this site is all about. Our founder Henry Shivley is a man of principle, a guiding light to true freedom, nothing else is important. Sure, he hits hard, wouldn’t you?

The thing about common law that scares people is not the law itself.
It’s the fact that common law forces them to take complete responsibility for their own lives, instead of depending on Big Brother to ‘protect’ them.
Television ‘programming’ is the main culprit to thank for their sheeple mentality.

WHEN I WAS LITTLE, I REMEMBER THAT SOME PEOPLE WOULD TELL ANY LIE, TO ANYBODY, TO KEEP FROM SERVING ON A JURY……
THERE WERE SOME THAT WOULD GO TO ANY LENGTH…….
AND THE FACT THAT JURORS TODAY HAVE LET SO MANY “COPS” OFF THE HOOK, TIL I WONDER ABOUT THE AVERAGE AMERICANS SENSE OF JUDGEMENT……
ESPECIALLY IN THE LIGHT OF HIS FAILURE TO FIGHT FOR THE FREEDOM OF HIS OWN CHILDREN, AS WELL AS MAKING EXCUSES FOR COMMUNISM..
MY “FEARS” WILL NEVER OVERWHELM MY “RESOLVE”………..
Fear has had a huge impact, even with jurors sadly I’m afraid.They have been vetted by expert cons.
I believe that when the gun smoke settles, pretty much everyone will understand what the law of this land is. There will be none of the legislated policies litigated in the common law.
The total beauty of a common law court is anybody, including the judge and jurors that violate the law contained in that Bill of Rights, can be charged and there will be another trial.
Those who are allowed to stay here are going to know exactly why they are allowed to stay here and every parent will teach every child the Bill of Rights and how to exercise their jurisdiction, because there will be no other choice if you want your child to have a happy free life. The people who will be here then will be here because they cared about one another and valued individual liberty above life and they will understand how close they came to being subjugated slaves.
No one can predict the future perfectly, but I believe once those who remain have tasted true freedom and liberty, they will guard it, especially without a ruling elite working diligently 24/7 to infringe and remove those rights, which everyone will realize by then is what true peace of mind and body in a prosperous setting feels like.

To Newcomers as well, there are two ways to have freedom and authority enumerated in our Bill of Rights, and that is with our common law jurisdiction to enforce the due process against or for any one of us as individuals; the other way is with the force of arms.
Since our common law jurisdiction has been effectively removed (without rebellion I remind you) we are under abject tyranny, and the only thing left is our arms to effect restoration of our true, codified, ratified laws.
