An ICE officer replied to a Craigslist ad for a 13-year-old. Over three days, he texted her about sex acts, what he’d pay, and his job — “a cop.”
He drove to a hotel in Othello, WA to meet her, carrying his ICE badge, two bottles of Viagra, and $4,075 in cash.
