From property maps, it should be easy to determine the lot and the owner. Report them to the police for assault and whatever else is possible. And then push the case.
In the state of Oregon, according to the corporate revised statutes, hence corporate policies, it is illegal to harass someone while fishing in a public venue. That is their world. That had been me and Bill out fishing, it would have been straight to the bank and that mother f-ker would have went swimming. We used to call Bill Pedder, Bill the Baptist. I have been sitting here trying to recollect how many people I’ve seen him throw in the river over shit like this. Of course Bill would make sure he got to him first because he wouldn’t want to be tearing out of there, racing home to hide the boat because if I reached the guy first, I would have whipped the guy’s ass and if his dog came at me, I’d kill it.
Now these mother f-kers come out here, and through the masonic lodge purchase public lands transferred through the Forest Service that I have hunted and fished all my life, and think they can come out and get in your face. I don’t get to get out very often any more but at this point in my life, I have zero tolerance for elitist mother f-kers. They are all guilty of sedition or they wouldn’t be rich mother f-kers.
Bottom line, I would have pulled the boat to the dock, got out and started fishing from the dock as it became public property when he stuck it out in the public lake. You don’t want hooks in your dock? Don’t put it in the water where I fish. The day’s a comin’ when spineless little pricks like this will be running and hiding and trying to get out of this country before we get a hold of them.
I was thinking of the video where a son of a bitch takes a guy’s fish laying by his feet that he caught, and threw it back in the water. 20 feet or 100, if that was my fish he would have been right behind it.
Used to be people wouldn’t dare act this way because someone would come back in the night and serve justice upon them. Bet he’s got a lot of security cameras around his property. Bet it wouldn’t matter if the guy was wearing a mask and gloves.
Awe, nah, I would have just stomped the guy’s ass on the spot and the consequences be damned. I would have given him a good beating, he would be timid for the rest of his sorry ass life.
