Rodale News – by Jean Nick

An Easter without dyed Easter eggs wouldn’t be much fun at all. And why waste money on artificial Easter egg dye, especially when you’ve already grow your own natural Easter grass and made a basket from recycled containers?

Natural egg dye is easy to make using berries, vegetables, and spices, and you can create just about any color you want, from pastels to deep hues. The results vary from batch to batch, which adds to the fun in my book. In some cases you can have your dye and eat it, too! We will be having pickled red cabbage some night soon, with mashed berries over ice cream for desert. Even if you don’t eat the dye leftovers, you can toss them in the compost pile.   Continue reading “The Nickel Pincher: Homemade Natural Easter Egg Dye”

Cash - Public DomainEconomic Collapse – by Michael Snyder

The move to a cashless society won’t happen overnight.  Instead, it is being implemented very slowly and systematically in a series of incremental steps.  All over the planet, governments are starting to place restrictions on the use of cash for security reasons.  As citizens, we are being told that this is being done to thwart criminals, terrorists, drug runners, money launderers and tax evaders.  Other forms of payment are much easier for governments to track, and so they very much prefer them.  But we are rapidly getting to the point where the use of cash is considered to be a “suspicious activity” all by itself.  These days, if you pay a hotel bill with cash or if you pay for several hundred dollars worth of goods at a store with cash you are probably going to get looked at funny.  You see, the truth is that we have already been trained to regard the use of large amounts of cash to be unusual.  The next step will be to formally ban large cash transactions like France and other countries in Europe are already doing.   Continue reading “They Are Slowly Making Cash Illegal”

The Republican and Democratic parties finally have something in common: most Americans don’t like them.

A new Gallup poll finds that 37% have a favorable view of the Republicans and just 39% like the Democrats. It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to then deduce that an overwhelming majority of Americans don’t have a love affair with the two major political parties in the United States.   Continue reading “No Love Lost: Americans Down on Both Major Political Parties”

water-rights-montanaSHTF Plan – by Jeremiah Johnson

Greetings and Salutations, readers!  My Nome de Guerre in the battle for truth and objective journalism is Jeremiah Johnson.  I hope to pique your interest with a Montana issue that, regardless of the outcome, will have severe ramifications and set a precedent nationwide.  This article covers the CSKT (Confederated Salish and Kootenai Tribes) proposed water-rights compact that threatens to take away the private ownership of water for roughly 100,000 Montanans.  Should this measure pass, it can set a precedent for the courts throughout the United States by the Federal Government to deprive us of our water rights.   Continue reading “FedGov Moves To Seize Water Rights From 100,000 Montanans: “All Surface Water And Wells””

Russian-bankSovereign Man – by Simon Black

If Vladimir Putin is remotely capable of laughter (the jury is out on that one…) then he’s probably doing so right now.

Russia is once again Arch-Enemy of the United States. It’s like living through a really bad James Bond movie, complete with cartoonish villains.   Continue reading “US plan to drop Russia from global banking system hilariously backfires”

Ebola Gate

This article introduces the reader to plans by the Pentagon and US government to spray highly unstable rabies/ebola vaccines on the public.  There is no way to tell if they will actually spray just the virus itself, but the GMOs vaccines are so highly unstable, one could expect spread disease regardless.   Continue reading “RED ALERT to Helicopter and Chemtrail Pilots – Don’t Participate: The Pentagon Has Plans to Spray the US With Deadly Rabies/Ebola Virus”

Tom CoburnCNS News – by Barbara Hollingsworth

“Washington is never going to fix itself,” said former Sen. Tom Coburn (R-OK), explaining why he intends to spend the next few years trying to “cheat history” by helping to organize the nation’s first-ever Convention of the States.

The purpose of the convention will be to rein-in a federal “leviathan” that he says has overstepped its constitutional bounds.   Continue reading “Coburn: Convention of States Needed Because Washington Will Never Fix Itself”

Freedom Outpost – by Tim Brown

We all know that Speaker of the House John Boehner (R-OH) is a compromised man and that he has been an accomplice to much of the corruption that we see going on today in Washington under Barack Obama. However, something that seems to have eluded the people of Ohio is that John Boehner is in Congress illegally, at least according to the Ohio Constitution.

First, understand that Boehner has been in the federal Congress since 1991, after serving as an Ohio State Representative.   Continue reading “Why is John Boehner Still in Office in Violation of the Ohio State Constitution?”

TechDirt – by Mike Masnick

So the whole Hillary Clinton email story is getting worse and worse for Clinton. We already noted that there was no way she couldn’t have known that she had to use government email systems for government work, as there was a big scandal from the previous administration using private emails and within the early Obama administration as well. This morning we discovered that Clinton also gave clintonemail.com email addresses to staffers, which undermines the argument made by Hillary’s spokesperson that it was okay for her to use her own email address because any emails with staffers would still be archived by the State Department thanks to their use of state.gov emails. But that’s clearly not the case when she’s just emailing others with the private email addresses.    Continue reading “How Hillary Clinton Exposed Her Emails To Foreign Spies… In Order To Hide Them From The American Public”

I have an uneasy feeling about this. Not certain of the date though. What do you think?

Watch what happens to the Hoover Dam toward the end of the San Andreas movie trailer. Could this be pre-programming for a massive earthquake on the West Coast… or a nuke explosion where “you will feel it on the East Coast?”   Continue reading “Another movie prediction?”

I was walking around in a Wal-Mart store, when I saw a cashier hand this little boy some money back. The boy couldn’t have been more than 5 or 6 years old.

The Cashier said, ‘I’m sorry, but you don’t have enough money to buy this doll.’

Then the little boy turned to the old woman next to him, ”Granny, are you sure I don’t have enough money?”

The old lady replied, ”You know that you don’t have enough money to buy this doll, my dear.”   Continue reading “A Story to Warm your Heart”
