Silicon Valley is in a panic following an announcement that China is considering sweeping counterterrorism legislation. The law would require tech companies to provide the Chinese government with NSA-like access to private data, terms the industry may be forced to accept if they want to do business in the world’s most populated country.

The Edward Snowden revelations about the American spying apparatus have numerous impacts. One of the latest is a decision by the Chinese government to terminate contracts with a number of major US-based technology brands. Google is looking at rolling out yet another revision to their search engine algorithm by curtailing your results to sites it considers to be the most “trustworthiness.”

New Scientist Explains:

Google’s search engine currently uses the number of incoming links to a web page as a proxy for quality, determining where it appears in search results. So pages that many other sites link to are ranked higher. The assassination of Russian opposition leader and former Deputy Prime Minister Boris Nemtsov yesterday as he crossed a bridge near the Kremlin will surely be well-utilized by Western lapdog media in their ongoing effort to slander Vladimir Putin and Russia.

But any thinking person will know that this professional killing was not carried out by Putin, who has vowed a thorough investigation of the incident. It seemed like a typical congressional meeting for the Republic of Texas. Senators and the president gathered in the center of a Bryan, Texas, meeting hall, surrounded by public onlookers, to debate issues of the national currency, develop international relations and celebrate the birthday of one of their oldest members.

But this wasn’t 1836, and this would be no ordinary legislative conference. All arrivals in heaven have to go through a bureaucratic examination to determine whether admission will be granted. One room has a clerk, who inputs computerized records of what each applicant did on his or her last day of life.

The first applicant of the day explains that his last day was not a good one. “I came home early and found my wife lying naked in bed. She claimed she had just gotten out of the shower. Well, her hair was dry and I checked the shower and it was completely dry too. I knew she was into some hanky-panky and I began to look for her lover. I went onto the balcony of our 9th floor apartment and found the SOB clinging to the rail by his fingertips. I was so angry that I began bashing his fingers with a flower pot. He let go and fell, but his fall was broken by some awnings and bushes. On seeing he was still alive, I found super human strength to drag our antique cedar chest to the balcony and throw it over. There over 800 prison camps in the United States, all fully operational and ready to receive prisoners. They are all staffed and even surrounded by full-time guards, but they are all empty. These camps are to be operated by FEMA (Federal Emergency Management Agency) should Martial Law need to be implemented in the United States as a result of financial collapse and resulting social unrest. All it would take is a presidential signature on a proclamation and the attorney general’s signature on a warrant to which a list of names is attached. State of the Nation

Something has been very wrong with the Chris Kyle story from the very beginning.  The circumstances and timing around his death are particularly troubling.  As usual with the violent death of a high profile individual, the entire incident seemed staged and unreal.
