One of our finest has fallen.  Apparently as a result of an accident in his home, my brother Spike Timmons died this morning.

My heart is on the ground. I have no words.

I just spoke with Elizabeth.  Do not send donations to Spike’s PayPal on Indiana Freedom Talk Radio as Elizabeth does not have access to it.

As soon as we can all think straight, we will set up a PayPal for Elizabeth so we can help her.

And the drama continues… as the legislation is being written.

Going through due process second absolutely removes due process, as due process absolutely requires going to court through a process affording the due process described in the Bill of Rights and filling every requirement therein before any person or any person’s property can be seized.  This government has never had the authority under any pretense to take this kind of action against any American national, as this would be raw tyranny on its face.

Daniel Deline was born May 20, 1955 in Gold Beach, Oregon and died May 22, 2014 in Colfax, Wisconsin.

When Diggerdan died it was his wish that half of his ashes be spread in Wisconsin and that the other half be brought to Gold Beach, Oregon where he was born and raised.

Millard, being Dan’s closest friend, scattered half of his ashes in Wisconsin via a ceremony he videoed for we Trenchers, which is posted on the site.  It was Millard’s intent to bring the other half of Dan’s ashes to Oregon, and he and Laura and I were to take them to Gold Beach to be put into the Pacific Ocean.  Millard’s failing health made it impossible for him to travel.   Continue reading “Bringing Diggerdan Home”

We put up a YouTube video yesterday concerning the gun confiscation operation being carried out in Florida.  That video has been removed in violation of the 1st Article of our Bill of Rights.
