“You know very well, and the stupid Americans know equally well that we control their government, irrespective of who sits in the White House. You see, I know it and you know it that no American president can be in a position to challenge us even if we do the unthinkable.

What can they (Americans) do to us? We control congress, we control the media, we control showbiz, and we control everything in America.

In America you can criticize God, but you can’t criticize Israel.”

If Americans Knew – by Kathryn Shihadah

Since Israel’s founding in 1948, it has received (adjusting for inflation) more than $252.7 billion from the U.S. – an amount that the majority of Americans consider excessive. In spite of its consistent, long, documented history of frequent human rights violations (often not reported in US media) and discrimination, Congress seeks to reward Israel and chastise Israel’s victim (read more about aid to Israel here and here).

The sheer quantity – and expense – of the advocacy work that our Congress has done on behalf of this pariah state are staggering: consider the hours spent in meetings, negotiation, research, and floor debates, the trips and calls to Israel, to name a few.  Continue reading “Congress cranks out legislation for Israel: The details”

I happen to know a thing or two about masks and safety. Why? Because for 25 years I was the editor of an award-winning trade magazine called HazMat Management that covered such topics as pollution prevention and compliance with health & safety laws. We routinely published articles on masks, gloves, respirators, and other forms of personal protective equipment (PPE).

Now let me tell you a few things about that mask you’re wearing. And please note that what I’m about to share was also stated in the most recent edition of Del Bigtree’s program The Highwire when two OSHA mask experts spoke to the fact that the kinds of masks people are wearing were never (never!) designed to be worn for long periods and doing so is very harmful. Will this lead to cancer?  Continue reading “Is Your Mask Giving You Lung Cancer?”

The People’s Republic of China isn’t exactly a favorite of the American public. Since the Wuhan Coronavirus outbreak of early 2020, Americans are questioning whether or not all of that cheap plastic junk from Wal-Mart doesn’t come with a hidden cost.

It’s not just about the virus: There is also the spectre of deindustrialization, which has been a social disaster for the United States, particularly the rust belt. What’s more, Tucker Carlson and others reported during the early days of the Wuhan Coronavirus outbreak that the United States was dependent on China for basic medical supplies, such as penicillin.  Continue reading “China “Pwns” Us: How the Chinese Are Buying Up America”

Free Thought Project – by Matt Agorist

Enterprise, AL — To any of our frequent readers here at the Free Thought Project, it is no secret that police officers are routinely caught preying on society’s most vulnerable. As the following case out of Alabama shows us, even their own children are not safe from the most horrifying harm.

On Friday, Enterprise police officer Tomas Arias was arrested over a dozen charges stemming from the repeated sexual assault and child porn production of children who were under his care. Continue reading “Cop Arrested on Horrifying Charges for Using His Own Children to Make Child Porn”

Zero Hedge – by Tyler Durden

In the seventh month of the virus pandemic, New York City is still in shambles, with more than half a million residents unemployed as the small business collapse continues. Broadway is closed, Manhattan offices are empty as remote work dominates, violent crime is surging, and an exodus of people from the city has created a perfect storm of economic chaos that will hunt many New Yorkers for years.

A byproduct of the virus-induced economic downturn is food and housing insecurity for millions of people in the Tri-state area. Deep economic scarring produced by permanent job loss has left many people in a bind; some working-poor may never recover while others could take years. SAN FRANCISCO (KGO) — San Francisco supervisors unanimously voted on Tuesday to pass the Caution Against Racially and Exploitative Non-Emergencies (CAREN) Act that makes racially-motivated phone calls to 911 illegal.

It was first introduced in July after several high-profile incidents including a couple calling the police on a man writing “Black Lives Matter” in chalk in front of his own home in the Pacific Heights neighborhood.
