Lincoln County, Oregon, has exempted non-white people from a new order requiring that face coverings be worn in public — to prevent racial profiling.

OLYMPIA, Wash. — Faced with a recent uptick in confirmed COVID-19 cases in certain parts of the state, Gov. Riots have spread across Lebanon in recent weeks, in response to a currency crisis that has left large portions of the country in poverty. Headquarter locations for the country’s central bank have been targeted by protesters, along with smaller bank branches that symbolize the economic woes of the nation. Lebanon’s currency has been deteriorating for many years, but began a freefall back in October which has further plunged the country into poverty. What happened: A bill was introduced in New Brunswick, Canada that aimed to make religious and philosophical exemptions illegal, forcing all schoolchildren to have to be vaccinated to attend school. The bill was introduced by Education Minister Dominic Cardy and was just defeated 22-20 in a free vote among all four parties in the legislature. Despite the fact that within the past couple of years alone millions of people around the world have become aware of the fact that the trafficking of both men, women, as well as children is a big problem. Just as we see with illegal arms sales, this type of activity seems to operate within the ‘black market’ and has sustained itself for years. The reason why it seems to continue to sustain itself year after year is simply the fact that many people in positions of power are involved. PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — A quiet evening of demonstrations for racial justice and police reform in Portland ended with the razing of a George Washington statue on the eve of Juneteenth.
Thursday marked the 21st day of protests in Portland sparked by the death of George Floyd at the hands of Minneapolis police. Two groups — Rose City Justice and Lavender Caucus — hosted a sit-in rally at Jefferson High School in the evening where community members shared their experiences with racism to a crowd of a few hundred.
