Mystery Booms

There are a number of locations around the world where so-called “Earth hums” are reported. Among the most famous locations where this low, droning or rumbling sound is reported are Taos, New Mexico, and Bristol in Southwest Wales.

For years, Geophysicists have also sought to understand the cause behind a mysterious, bell-like hum, often likened to ringing or droning that reverberates throughout the earth. Tampa, Fla. (CBS TAMPA) — An Air Force veteran says he was repeatedly put on hold by the Veterans Suicide Hotline, as he was forced to listen to machine recordings and get re-directed as he sat there “desperately needing someone to talk to” on Saturday night.

Ted Koran says the only reason he’s still alive today is because of the 60 rescue animals he cares for, WFTS-TV reports. The Air Force veteran first reached out to the James Haley VA Center in Tampa, where a recording told him the 800 number for the suicide hotline. Breitbart Texas exclusively obtained leaked information on the Iraqi man who was apprehended while illegally crossing the U.S.-Mexico border into Texas on February 12, 2015. The Border Patrol agent responsible for interviewing the subject initially expressed concerns that the Iraqi was sent by Russia, largely due to the Iraqi man’s history as a military trainer, his speaking several languages, including Russian, and his having lived in Crimea, according to one of the leaked documents. Breitbart Texas was provided with two documents by a federal agent who works under the umbrella of Customs and Border Protection (CBP). A power surge temporarily knocked out power to the White House, State Department and wide swaths of the nation’s capital and its Maryland suburbs early Tuesday afternoon.

Despite President Obama’s efforts to cool the nation’s views on illegal immigrants storming over the U.S.-Mexico border, Americans have reached a new level of anger over the issue, with most demanding a more aggressive deportation policy — and reversal of a law that grants citizenship to kids of illegals born in the U.S.

A new Rasmussen Reports survey released Monday also finds Americans questioning spending tax dollars on government aid provided to illegal immigrants. A new report claims that Facebook secretly installs tracking cookies on users’ computers, allowing them to follow users around the internet even after they’ve left the website, deleted their account and requested to be no longer followed.

Academic researchers said that the report showed that the company was breaking European law with its tracking policies. Clinton has turned over more than 900 pages of emails to the House Select Committee on Benghazi, but it had requested many additional emails.
