Investor State Dispute Settlements (ISDS) are one of the most dangerous yet least talked about parts in recent trade agreements. It essentially trumps any federal, state, and local U.S. regulation that is deemed a “trade barrier” and strips us from the right to handle our own affairs. ISDS enables foreign corporations to sue a host country for laws, policies, even court decisions that they find inconvenient and trade impeding. He’s the professor who previously said the planet is overpopulated by at least six billion people. Following weeks of intense debate, Vermont’s governor has signed controversial legislation that will prevent parents from opting their children out of vaccinations philosophical reasons.

House Bill 98, signed by Governor Peter Shumlin without fanfare on Thursday, eliminates the  exemption that allowed parents to opt their children out of vaccinations for philosophical reasons. The governor issued a statement that “…..parents should get their kids vaccinated…..” and that he had hoped legislation passed three years ago “… had worked to sufficiently increase vaccination rates. FACT 1: The section of track the train crashed on was a speed-restricted section, which means the computer takes over during that section and won’t let the conductor go faster than the set limit (in this case 50 mph) even if he wants to. CONCLUSION: The conductor did not cause this.

FACT 2: The conductor unexpectedly survived, and said the speed readouts on the train showed 50 mph up until he blacked out. Yet investigators have proven the train was doing 107 mph when it crashed.
