Arizona voters who claim their ballots were canceled because they were asked to use Sharpie markers to fill them out have filed a lawsuit demanding their ballots be restored.
A lawsuit filed on Wednesday by the Public Interest Legal Foundation (PILF) is requesting restoration of ballots for voters who were told to fill out their ballots using Sharpie markers but subsequently had those ballots canceled. A woman monitoring the ballot counting in Detroit has asserted that at least 130,000 ballots, all for Joe Biden, were brought to the center in three vehicles at 4 a.m.
Her testimony corroborates videos and photos from Kellye SoRelle, a Texas lawyer and member of Lawyers for Trump, who filmed vehicles pull up and unload large coolers and suitcases onto wagons and roll them into the secure area. The head of the nation’s largest retailer recently sat down with TIME‘s Eben Shapiro to talk about how the Wuhan coronavirus (COVID-19) has affected his business. And during the conversation, the suggestion was made that it is long past time to “reinvent capitalism.”

Sarah McBride is to become the first transgender state senator in the US after she won her race in Delaware.
She beat Republican Steve Washington to take over the seat from Democrat Harris McDowell, who is standing down.
Ms McBride, 30, has worked as the press secretary of LGBTQ advocacy group the Human Rights Campaign and was a trainee in President Obama’s White House.

Dr. Ashish Jha, dean of Brown University’s School of Public Health, told Yahoo Finance Monday a Joe Biden presidency could bring mask mandates and greater investment in treatments and testing to the fore.
If Biden were to take office in January, he said, there would be a far more focused strategy at the federal level.

The U.S. election will end today, more or less, and we Americans will suffer another four years of putting up with serial nonsense out of a White House and Congress that couldn’t care less about us no matter who is elected. Whether the party where everything changes or the party where everything remains the same wins the inevitable result will be further aggrandizement of authoritarian power combined with increased distancing of government from the people who are ruled.
Amidst all the gloom, however, there is one great success story. That is the tale of how Israel and its friends in politics and financial circles have been able to screw every possible advantage out of both major parties simultaneously and apparently effortlessly. Israel might be the true undisputed winner in the 2020 election even though it was not on the ballot and was hardly mentioned at all during the campaign.

The Michigan Department of Health and Human Services (MDHHS) is requiring restaurants, barbershops, tattoo parlors, recreational facilities, and entertainment establishments to record the names, contact information, and visit times of all customers to “aid with contact tracing.” Any establishment that does not comply is threatened with a maximum $200 fine, a misdemeanor charge punishable with up to six months in prison, and a $1,000 civil fine for violating the state’s emergency orders. Kyle Rittenhouse, the 17-year-old Illinois teen accused of shooting dead two Kenosha protesters, has had his bail set at $2 million after being extradited to Wisconsin to face homicide charges.
A court commissioner set the bail amount during Rittenhouse’s initial appearance in Kenosha County on Monday afternoon.

A wave of riots and demonstrations are being planned to mark the end of the US election, it has emerged. Protesters supporting the Black Lives Matter and Antifa movements are organizing protests beginning on Tuesday night.
Both domestic terror groups ANTIFA and Black Lives Matter are vowing to burn down America’s big cities with massive, nationwide riots in the streets starting election night on Tuesday. Will they do it? Well, since they have already caused over $2 billion dollars in damage over the past 6 months months, I would tend to lean towards believing them, and so should you.
