One of the principal functions of a United States Embassy overseas is to provide citizen services, which includes coming to the assistance of Americans who are treated badly by the local government. It is a responsibility that most embassies take seriously, with the exception of the facility currently located in Jerusalem. One has to understand that that is so because the United States Embassy in Israel is like no other. In other countries, the American Embassy exists to support American travelers, businesses and a broad range of national interests. In Jerusalem the Embassy exists to support Israeli interests and to serve as an apologist every time the government of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu goes on a killing spree or does something else that is similarly outrageous, to include bombing neighboring Syria every other day.  Continue reading “American Citizens Killed and Tortured by Israel?”

Bearing Arms – by Tom Knighton

A while back, I picked up an AR-15 at a pawnshop. I didn’t get a chance to shoot it for a while, and when I did, it wouldn’t chamber a round. Apparently, the previous owner had used a couple of incompatible parts in the upper receiver. As it had been a while, I didn’t take it back to the pawnshop. Instead, I decided to buy a new upper. That way, the AR-15 was ready to roll, and I could swap out the incompatible part later and use that upper on another rifle.  Continue reading “Schumer Wants To Regulate Gun Parts As Whole Guns”

Leading health officials expect to see a significant uptick in coronavirus cases nationwide.

“We’re going to start to see those outbreaks emerge sometime in the next two to four weeks,” said Scott Gottlieb, former Food and Drug Administration commissioner. “We should be leaning in very aggressively to try to broaden diagnostic screening right now, particularly in communities where there is a lot of immigration where these efforts could emerge to identify them early enough that they’ll be small enough that we can intervene to prevent — prevent more epidemic spread in this country.”  Continue reading “Health experts warn Congress coronavirus may hit US hard in next two to four weeks”

The Daily Sheeple – by Sean Walton

As Democrats in Virginia are advancing Gov. Ralph Northam’s gun, magazine, and suppressor ban, their counterparts in the Maryland legislature are getting ready to crack down once again on the state’s legal gun owners with a gun ban bill of their own.

HB1261 has the backing of the House speaker in Annapolis, which gives it a little extra weight and improves the chances of the bill’s passage. That would be disastrous for gun owners in the state, who would not only face a registration requirement for their so-called assault weapons, but onerous fees that would prohibit many gun owners from complying with the requirement if they wanted to.  Continue reading “Maryland Democrats introduce gun ban legislation”

While Washington’s politicians never tire in their constant search for ‘foreign meddling’, the Twitter crowd has pointed out that Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has admitted to trying to influence US politics.

On Wednesday, Netanyahu’s office quoted the PM as saying that “in recent years, we have promoted laws in most US states, which determine that strong action is to be taken against whoever tries to boycott Israel.” This came shortly after the UN Human Rights Council released a database of more than 100 companies involved in certain activities relating to settlements in the Occupied Palestinian Territory, infuriating Israeli officials.
